This hotel is an amazing little gem in the heart of Condado. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. There are coffee shops and restaurants close by.

The place was like a private oasis amongst the urban bustle of San Juan. The design was beautiful and functional. The bed was comfy and loved the common areas as well. The staff was kind and respectful. I would stay here again.

Flor de India is a charming boutique hotel with a beautiful property, elegant decor, and a private pool and patio. The staff was friendly and attentive. Just one block from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and shops. I would definitely recommend it for your trip to San Juan.

It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

The property is great, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were nice and the perfect size for 1-2 adults. The location was good too as you’re on (Ashford) which is the main road of the strip. You are 12 min from the airport, a 5 min walk to the beach and have your coffee shops and pharmacies near by as well. The only thing I did not love was that the water in the shower was not hot; lukewarm at best but on the colder side. Otherwise great stay and will def consider staying here again.

The staff here and the property were both amazing! The rooms were very private and clean. I felt safe having my own key and access to the room. One area for improvement is access to the hotel. You need a code to the gate and then a key to get in. This property does NOT include parking. Nearby parking is $25/day just a heads up. Other than that we had a great stay!

Clean, stylish and great location. Booked a room with a balcony so we could enjoy the warmth - came from winter back home. Didn't use the guests kitchen much but looks nice. Great bars / restaurant within walking. Chose beaches elsewhere, with safer swimming. 1 note - only one key given. Was an issue that we were doing separate things one day. We were told only one key per room. Great place, awesome people too!

I was told that the parking was only about $15. I arrived at 10 PM and left at 9 AM. The next day I parked in the parking garage across the street and they charge me $44 for one day very disappointed in that also the bed was a double bed instead of a queen sized bed. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they only had a double bed for two people. Water was cold to warm never got hot.

We had a wonderful stay at Fior de India and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The bed was incredibly comfy and the room was immaculately clean, with everything beautifully presented and clearly very well cared for. The whole place feels calm and thoughtfully put together, making it a really relaxing place to stay. The staff were really attentive, kind, and happy to help. When our flights out of Puerto Rico were unexpectedly cancelled, they went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after, which made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The location is also fantastic - convenient for getting around while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Overall, Fior de India felt like a little oasis and truly exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico.

Super cute hotel! They were very flexible with me when I had to do a late checkout which I appreciated. Comfy bed and beautiful decor. There are many options for food nearby. Will definitely come back when I'm in San Juan again.

This hotel was better than we could have imagined! Beautiful boutique hotel, calming atmosphere, great area (beach, food, shopping and night life all within a 15 min walk), I could go on and on. The hotel itself was cozy and we LOVED the outside area. It was great to have a place to soak in some sun or in the pool and relax at the end of our days. The best part of our stay was the host Marena - she made us feel like family during our stay and made our trip!!! So glad we chose this to stay at during our first time in San Juan and can't wait for another visit.
