My boyfriend and I had a very pleasant time at Canopy by Hilton at Miyako! The place was brand new, personnel were friendly, everything was very clean and the rooftop pool was fantastic (even though the 4000jpy/1hr price for some of the sunbeds was a tad bit pricey in my opinion). The view from our room was incredible, especially the sunset!! You are also able to enjoy it at the rooftop pool where there’s a DJ playing in the evening. The ameneties (gym, laundry, common rooms) were convenient and we were able to use them even after checkout before we departed! We were also able to access the pool area of the Hilton hotel next door which was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the local touch of it. However, there seemed to be some issues with seating the guests since we had to wait around 10 minutes both mornings to get seated, even though there were empty tables that were not cleaned. Additionally, on the first day our breakfast order was also forgotten and we had to ask for it until those were brought to us. Other than that we had a lovely time and would definitely come back. ☀️😊

딸과 함께 4박5일을 잘 지내고 왔습니다. 직원들 모두 친절했고, 신축 호텔이니 확실히 모든 시설도 깨끗하고 신형이었습니다. 특히 루프탑의 수영장에서의 선셋감상이 데일리 루틴로 큰 즐거움을 줬습니다. 조식 뷔페도 매우 훌륭해 4일차에 처음 먹고 마지막 일차에도 달려가 다시 묵었습다.

GWど真ん中にパーシャルオーシャンビューを3部屋予約してましたが、3部屋ともオーシャンビューの部屋になっており皆大喜びでした。部屋からの眺望は、昨夏利用させていただいた隣のヒルトン宮古島よりも良いのではないかと言うくらい素敵でした。フロント、朝食ビュッフェレストランのスタッフともにとても親切なご対応していただきとても快適に滞在させていただきました。また是非利用させていただこうと思います。

清潔な客室でした。 スタッフもとても丁寧です。空港トラブルで到着日が1日ズレてしまったのですが、とても有難いことに1泊分返金するかまたは到着が朝ならそのままにして朝からチェックインできるようにするか選ばせてくれて助かりました。インフィニティプールも素敵でした。元々シティビューの部屋で予約しましたが空いていたということでこちらからのリクエストしてないのにオーシャンビューの部屋に変えてくれました。オーシャンビューも勿論最高でした。
