The motel is definitely on the older side so I was very skeptical when I pulled up.. but Besides limited parking(some tight squeeze ones) everything else was great. Front desk lady was a pleasure to speak too… the mattress was new and comfy. Pool was SPOTLESS. Not a single bug or hair. Plenty of chairs.

Overall me and my family had a good stay. It was clean and staff were friendly. The only thing that was a little downer was that the pool gate would stick and it was hard to get in but was able to. Also be aware if your using a 3rd party site it could overbook you. That happened to us and we had to change rooms halfway through our stay but was made aware of it at the beginning.

Staff was really nice and polite. Room was clean every day with clean towels and shampoo Pool was really nice clean and beautiful. Location was perfect close to the beach. Breakfast was good ( coffee, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches , juice) Owner or manager spent time with you asking do you need anything else. Just to be clear it’s not brand new motel it’s older one but everything was good. Price for the rooms was perfect. Did I mention stuff oh my goodness they are perfect

Room 202 was clean and smelled nice. The hotel is in an excellent location. I would say about 200 feet from the beach. My only complain is they have to replace the mattress. I was not comfortable at all. My husband and I did not have a restful sleep. You sink in the middle and I tried sleeping in the bottom of the bed and it was the same. The AC worked well. We got enough towels. The staff and manager were great. The only thing needed is to replace the mattress in room 202 . I don’t know if any other Mattress need replacement, but if they do, replace them. You have a great property. I would stay again. Regads, Josephine and Sid Lugo

The room I reserved was over booked, so they upgraded me to one of their 2 bed room apartments for no extra charge, and they allowed me to check in the following day, because I was arriving after check in time. Just leaving my apartment unlocked with a key and note on the kitchen counter. Very nice, only complaint I really had was that the floor was wooden and could of been cleaned better. After my friend got out of the shower, she walked around bare foot and the bottoms of her feet ended up being black with in 5 minutes. Thankfully for me I wear slides all the time so I didn't have that issue.

My fiance, and I decided on ocean city for our vacation and this motel. We checked in Monday with check out as Saturday. When we arrived at the motel check in was so easy and smooth along with the sweet new lady. We were provided with all Information regarding the pool code, breakfast times, and the wifi password also resturants in the area. We were steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The pros regarding the hotel would be the staff, the clean pool and surroundings, the closeness to the beach and things to do along with resturants, the room size and the cleanliness of the room, the ice machine being so close along with a guest bathroom outside of the room and a sandmat to spray off. The cons of the motel would be parking as there is on-site parking two nights out of 5 we had to park in a grass lot across the street because there were too many vehicles, no coffee pot in the room, the complimentary breakfast was such that, the pool was super cold which could use a heater even being outside as places around had them, having to ask for 4 towels in the room a day and asking them to clean the room and change our towels daily, and changing our bedding on the 3rd/4th night. I feel as if you are apart of a longer stay they would clean the room daily without you having to ask and change bedding atleast once. Ontop of that having onsite parking yet having to park across the street was a no for me especially in grass. We loved our stay however our concerns went nowhere we felt.

The room was clean however, I didnt feel it was 100% it felt very mucky in the room . With the air on high . I constantly felt sticky and my feet felt like walked in sand or dirt walking across the floor with my slides on. The parking does is not the best but tolerable. No handicap parking wich isn't good for any special needs kiddo ( as mine) and anyone for that matter! I skipped their breakfast as I heard it was frozen breakfast sandwiches. I never checked it out. The place need a upgrade badly. I felt like there were bugs crawling on me in the bed . The pool was nice and clean .
