Loved the bungalow! Perfect for our one night stay. Downfalls were no hot water, the pool wasn’t clean, & the rocks between the place & the ocean. We are young, but I’m sure an older couple would struggle to get from the place to the beach. We loved the vibes of this place. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Air conditioning worked great.

While the property was very nice, there was construction all day and parties happening with music blasting until 3 in the morning. Guests should be notified of this prior to booking. Not a place to stay and relax at all. Some staff were generally helpful, others not at all.

They were in the middle of construction while we were there working day and night! They kept my family awake until 3:30 AM because of the chaos they had in the lobby. We didn’t relax at all!!!!!!

This hotel was amazing, clean and had wonderful staff. I would hands down stay here again and again. I couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Even after spending 10 days here the view was like seeing it for the first time every morning. Sleeping at night with my balcony open hearing the whispers of the ocean priceless. I had the experience of partying at the beach club, seeing a fireworks show on the beach and lastly a beach bomb fire all hosted by the hotel...chefs 💋

I found this place by emergency, we booked another place and it was bad so in that moment search for another place and found this one. I’m so glad I found it. My family and I had an amazing time. Every one was so king and welcoming the place is beautiful, the beach was amazing. My kids enjoyed the beach a lot. The staff was amazing. Surf city is close by. I definitely want to come back.

Very nice room however, no WiFi, no hot water, no TV, A/C wasn’t blowing cold when I set it to cold No bar, no restaurant. Still under construction no proper access to the beach. We had to walk to the property next to us to get beach access

We showed up and the whole place was under construction. There was about 30 men working over night with power tools ALL NIGHT, they didn’t stop swinging hammers and using power tools til 4am we didn’t get a single minute of sleep. We then spoke to the receptionist and asked for a refund they said they understood and it was no problem. We went to find a new hotel, and never got a refund

The hotel and pool are beautiful, however, it is currently under construction so many amenities (ex: complimentary breakfast and on-site bar) were unavailable. There also isn’t any wifi available, and staff keeps saying “It is under repair” but was never repaired in my 4 days there. I stayed in 3 different rooms and every shower had water settling at the bottom, despite complaints and promises that it is resolved.
