The condo was wonderful. Mattresses were great to sleep on, usually don't sleep well on vacation. The staff in the main office were great and friendly. The walk out to the beach is amazingly close from all rooms. We had a partial view of the ocean that was still enough for us to enjoy the view.

The unit we stayed in was perfect for a family of four with 2 kids. Our daily walk to the beach was a few hundred yards to the beautiful gulf coast. Staying here is more like a condo experience than a resort experience. The pool was very clean and loved by our children.

The apartment was gorgeous. The staff are very accommodating and super friendly. The property is amazing. Perfect time of the year because it wasn't crowded. Would highly recommend. Only complaint was that Expedia charged a cleaning fee, but then didn't pay it out to the rental property. We ended up having to pay the cleaning fee again after checking out.

Very clean and a few minuet walk to the beach Office staff and maintenance guy, John, were friendly and helpful. Bike rental on property was handy. We were looking for something quiet and laid back. Was a perfect fit! Nice and big Lanai for relaxing. We had a partial ocean view but will do the full ocean view next time. It will be worth the extra! We have been going to Sanibel for years and upon our return to the island, we will be staying again at Sanibel Siesta on the beach!

Stayed 5 nights at Sanibel Siesta for a quick trip before Christmas! Very enjoyable and quiet. Rented bicycles and toured the Island! Lots of beach time and a kayaking trip. This resort is right on the beach!! The pool was 84 for those wishing to take a dip. Will look forward to coming back!!

It’s a very small beach view if you even call it that. One seat on screened porch you could see a sliver. They didn’t want air conditioner below 74 so it was hot and muggy. Bathrooms small and dated and a sewage smell if you sat on screened in porch due to the water feature.

We loved the apartment, very clean and spacious. The main bedroom was huge. Plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen. Lots of tv channels. There was still some construction by the pool area, but it did not bother us. The lady at the office was very friendly and kind. It’s great that they have bikes you can rent. I wish we could stay longer.

Arrived at the property at night to find from a note at self check in that building works were planned for the next few days right outside our apartment, with no prior warning. After complaining we did get a move but still heard the works. We were not informed that the property was still undergoing works post hurricane Ian either, If I had been aware of these works I would have cancelled my booking! The office manager informed me that she didn’t even know the works were about to take place until the day before! However, they must have known works were still ongoing? Not a great way to run a holiday let. No compensation offered either. This didn’t totally spoil our holiday but it did taint my view of this property and not sure if I would return.

We enjoyed our stay at Sanibel Siesta! The location is fabulous—right on the beach and easy driving access to all of Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Our hotel suite was clean and roomy with very comfortable beds. The decor is DATED…..didn’t look anything like the picture shown on the website—though the website did indicate that the rooms are all decorated differently…..was expecting a more updated suite overall. The other reason we rated this hotel as a 4 out of 5 is because there is some sort of “fake” air freshener smell throughout the whole suite. We did not care for the smell at all and we couldn’t locate the source of this odor. But overall, the location made our stay a great experience

Room was clean. Property people very pleasant. Property ground still under some work. Sewer and power issues around property. Power was temporarily fixed, sewer by pool house still being worked on when we left. Our room and stay was very acceptable though. Would stay there again.

We were extremely happy with the condo. Everything worked well, very comfortable and equipped with all and more. If anything was missing, we just went to the office and they supplied it right away. Friendly management team and right on one of the best beaches on Sanibel in our view. Plenty of space and great shelling! We enjoyed every minute. Comfortable beds and couch, the internet was fast, AC worked great. There was really nothing to complain about. We will be back! We are grateful for this beautiful peace of paradise. The only thing we did not use were the grill spots and the pool since the beach was so beautiful and nearby.
