Im sorry but this is the worst hotel ive ever been , bed were so uncomfortable its unbalanced, furniture were super old , bathroom were making so much noise ,sink were broken and walls have holes also the curtain .this is the worst hotel i ever been

Disgusting is the only word for it. Spend the extra money and go elsewhere this place is crawling with bed bugs!
“Clean towel” that where folded and place neatly on the towel rack.
No sign of being swept or mopped

This is hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There was no trash can, cups, coffee maker or fridge. When I attempted to leave, my car was blocked in and the clerk said he couldn’t do anything including calling a tow truck. The walls and doors had holes and broken areas. The asthetics are absent. Wouldn’t ever stay here again.

I had an issue with my first room .The attendant quickly corrected the problem and upgraded our stay. There are some things that needed to be better, but over all it was a comfortable stay.

The rooms are outdated. They need to upgrade. The king bed suite was cool because it divides into two rooms, but only one room had a tv and ac the other only had a fan. The beds were not even king size. They were queen size . It smelled bad. They need to clean better. The only thing I liked was the shower. The water pressure was strong. It’s a sketchy .
Doors were dirty and old.
Not clean at all. Has some patota chips inside .

I want to state that this will be my last visit to this location. Upon arrival, the staff's first interaction with me was to accuse me of smoking during a previous stay. I found this accusation completely unreasonable, as neither my partner nor I smoke. What made the situation even more ironic was that we saw staff members smoking outside the office. I was genuinely shocked by the accusation. The staff member stated that my ID had been flagged and warned me that I would be charged a fee if it happened again. I explained that we do not smoke, but my concerns seemed to be dismissed. To make matters worse, the room we were assigned had a strong cigarette odor. Being accused of smoking while being given a room that smelled heavily of cigarettes was both frustrating and disappointing. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this location.

First time stay

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. I realize that they had recently gone thru a change of ownership and were in the midst of changing their color scheme and other details of the facility but they lacked any type of laundry service on site and offered no other amenities.
