I was satisfied with the location and the size of the room. However, I can't say it was the best hotel I've stayed at in Seoul. The refrigerator in the room was leaking, and the floor was wet. Because the stay-over cleaning service was done quite late in the day, I couldn’t return to the hotel early and relax. The front desk staff were generally unfriendly and did not provide sufficient explanations. Also, there were people at the hotel entrance protesting what they claimed to be unfair dismissal, playing loud music, which made it impossible to get a good rest in the morning. To be honest, it felt like no consideration was given to the inconvenience caused to staying guests. It may be difficult for me to choose this hotel again on my next trip to Seoul. That said, this is just my personal opinion.

Breakfast? Is it included? Nobody mentioned it when we checked in. The hotel look and smells old, lots of people outside and rallying. It doesn’t look great outside. Been to better hotels. They need to refill the soap dish, hard to push it out. Good location. Very accessible. Close to everything - food, convenience stores, street market etc. They change towels and clean the room everyday.

立地とスタッフはよかったのですが、、、

長年に渡る従業員のデモは酷くなる一方で、それぞれの言い分はあると思いますが、宿泊客の事は考えられないほどなんでしょうかね。 入り口がすごい事になってました。 また、裏口は便利なのでよく使いますが、近隣の喫煙者たちの溜まり場になっていて、非常にタバコ臭く、吸い殻がとっ散らかっています。 以前の老舗のホテルの面影は無くなりつつあります。 立地の良さと、古いホテルでお部屋面積が広く、バスタブも広めのがついてます。 長年お世話になってきたので、今回も選びましたが、次回もと考えると厳しそうです。 設備も古く、リノベーションが必要な箇所が散見されました。 ただ、スタッフは皆さん良くしてくださって、助かりました。 日本語スピーカーは年々減ってる気がしました。

エアコンの水漏れがあった為、部屋の変更を依頼され移動した。同等クラスの部屋がなかったのか、ダウングレードされた。水浸しの部屋も嫌だったが、狭くて埃まみれの部屋はもっと嫌でした。ちなみに水浸しの床掃除は浴室にある私たちが使うバスタオルを躊躇なく使われていました。それも言わないと掃除してくれませんでした。元従業員のデモも凄かった。二度と泊まらない。

家族で2名1室を2部屋予約していました。チェックインの時に日本語が話せる丁寧なスタッフさんが用意した2部屋の間のドアを開放してお互い行き来できるようにしてくださり、その内1部屋はトリプルベッドにグレードアップされたが、料金はそのままで大丈夫です！と最初から気持ちいい対応をしてくださりました。明洞駅10番出口上がってすぐと立地も最高でした。また次回も利用したいと思います。
