We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, making everything so easy for us. The room itself was bright, airy, and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. We were especially impressed by the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. Excellent property with clean spacious apartments and daily housekeeping. Apartment had many helpful amenities and appeared modern and recently renovated, although this is a historic property. Santos festival was in progress, but noise was somewhat muted as apartment (superior) was at ground level on quieter corner of street. Staff is friendly and helpful. Two minutes or less walk from Lisbon cathedral and plenty of restaurants nearby. Surroundings as you walk into Alfama and away from cathedral may appear gritty in places, but still felt safe. Note that major downtown areas like Baixa/Rossio square will be 15-20 minutes walk or 5-6 euros with Uber or Bolt, but no regrets on choice of location. Overall, truly a hidden gem. Loved the stay.

Very spacious 2 BR, 2BA apartment with conveniences such as washer/dryer, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, etc. The building is well-located in an area that was quiet at night, but within walking distance of more active neighborhoods and is walkable to historical sites. The front desk staff was very friendly and fluent in English. They were helpful with our bags and advice on sightseeing. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Arriving at the site is a bit tricky, since the street it is on is closed to everyone but local residents. I believe taxis also have access but Uber drivers do not. There is no parking. Unfortunately none of the channels showed World Cup Soccer coverage, but we were within walking distance of a very active Fan Zone site.

We loved this hotel/apartment with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The rooms are new and nicely decorated. The unit had a kitchen and washer/dryer. The washer/dryer was very slow compared to the American washer/dryers. But it was nice to have one to use. This was our favorite hotel during our 10 day trip to Spain/Portugal.
