Overall the resort was really wonderful! The food is good there’s a reasonable amount of choices at the buffet. The restaurants are very difficult to get in to, so use the app before you arrive to schedule à la carte dinners. The spa was wonderful and they were very attentive and caring. Would definitely come again!

Thank you to everyone at Bahía Príncipe Grand Tequila. Loved our stay! Bring water shoes if you want to go in the ocean as it’s rocky. Spa was amazing. Thanks to Maria who gave a phenomenal massage. We had a WONDERFUL stay at Tequila!

This is my second time to the property having stayed at one of the other properties on the resort last time. What you need to know is Tequila is associated with Coba resort and you have access to things within those two resorts ONLY, but you cannot go off those two resorts to use other amenities on the other resorts. Buffet at Tequila is very limited. Staff is super helpful, very friendly and some of the systems that are in place with Hyatt having taken over by here just doesn’t have the same feel as it did when I was there two years ago.

Awful place - cannot book restaurants yet they are empty! Rude staff in the Sports Bar - Miguel was unhelpful and rude with our large wedding party. Positives rooms are great and clean and staff at the buffet are lovely. The whole place is so big across the various hotels that the staff don’t care enough to make us personal or special.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the shower not draining properly, but maintenance came quickly and resolved it. The drink selections were good, though top‑shelf liquor comes with an extra charge.The entertainment staff was amazing — very friendly and culturally diverse, which made the experience even better.Ordering food was a bit challenging at times because some of the waiters and waitresses didn’t understand English well, which led to mix‑ups with our orders.The pool and jacuzzi closed at 6 pm, which felt early, and you definitely have to get out there early in the day if you want a good spot.Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could be improved.

The rooms being newly remodeled and current is about all we enjoyed. There was absolutely no wait staff at the pool. The specialty restaurants showed full from the time we arrived only to find out concierge could make reservations. The 2 restaurants we ate at we good but no where near capacity.

I am not sure where to begin with this place if im being honest... First night, the sheets were damped but the room was clean, they were on top of that. Pool: Fun to go too, but be prepared to get only ONE towel, and be prepared to return it or they hold you it against you the next time you want one. There's no pool service, no food allowed either, and you will have to get your own drinks at the bar.

Yes, we found the spa relaxing. The main pool on the other hand, not so much. Music that was played from 10am, until sometimes into the wee mornings, was extremely loud and mostly designed for the younger generation, which we aren't.

The staff here are amazing! So friendly and accommodating. The resort itself is beautiful, with 4 hotels on site you have several options for dining, pools, and whatever else. A very lively nightlife, we never had to look hard for live music or entertainment! Will definitely be coming back next year. 10/10

Nice property, very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes lacking in amount of staff especially at the pool and pool bar. The staff that was there were working hard but the company could hire more staff. Room cleaning was done well and timely. Food at the buffet was mediocre… but I don’t have high expectations. Wish there was more fresh fruit and guacamole all the time. There was no towel game as the resort was definitely not at capacity when we went which was awesome. Overall enjoyed our stay and would consider going back. The entertainment team was great. We loved the divorce party and Miss Xtras performance!

Stayed at Grand Tequila from the 28th thru 2nd - Rooms are nicely appointed, comfortable - Well planned, refurbished layout of the resort - To avoid loud music request a villa away from the pool - eg Villa 22 - Good party resort - Excellent Service - Decent entertainment - Food below average including Speciality restaurants ( Probably rate it 4 out of 10) - mislabeled dishes, tasteless and some dishes unedible - as compared to other all inclusive resorts in the region - Breakfast is the only saving grace - Access to the beach via Trolly and runs v frequently Summary - won't be coming back to this establishment..

Hotel con nuevo concepto: "solo para adultos", mucho ruido y desorden en las fiestas que realizan tanto en la alberca como en la casita, los extranjeros se salen de control con demasiado alcohol que les dan. El personal del staff no esta bien capacitado, al preguntarles cualquier duda simple respecto a cosas del hotel, no saben que responder. El tipo de habitación que se había solicitado en la reserva no se respeto al momento dle check in; el hotel no respeta tu reserva, te da la habitación que tengan disponible en el momento de tu check in. Mucha deficiencia en los alimentos y bebidas en los buffets
