Good room was on the to floor ideal for a single passenger clean room only bad things were i had to take my rubbish away as no one came into the room to clean and i had to ask for a towel and toilet roll but for the price i paid i would go back again if i could have the same room 601

La personne à l'accueil très gentille c'est bien le seul point positif. Chambre très sale les lits ne sont pas fais a votre arrivé(pas de couverture un seul plaid pour se couvrir ) miroir sale, joints de la douche orange , poussière dans toute la chambre. Petit déjeuner : dans une box dans votre chambre et a l'accueil vous avez un petit déjeuner de la vieille croissants dur comme du béton .. Place de parking : une galère mais heureusement il y a un parking pas tres loin (cher pour l'état du parking sans caméra et pas de lumière )

In 8 giorni di soggiorno sono passati a cambiare le lenzuola e gli asciugamani una sola volta. C'era la doccia rotta e la stanza piccola che si faceva fatica a passare attorno al letto. Materassi sfondati. Colazione misera e qualità scarsa.

Cannot fault the accommodation it was exactly as described. The manager was VERY friendly and helpful and as a bonus breakfast was included. The one thing to mention is the oddity of having a kettle in ther room but nothing to go with it! No cups, tea or coffee. Just a kettle. Personaly i would take the kettles out and not bother.

Todo estaba bien. Amplia habitación con balcón, TV y aire acondicionado. Había jabón en la ducha y pastilla pequeña para el lavabo. Desayuno incluido, con buen café de máquina, tostadas, madalenas..... Lo que no me ha gustado es que la segunda noche cuando me levanté al WC había una gotera, sí, caía agua por el techo.... Llamé al teléfono de la página, se lo expliqué y dice que es poca agua, al salir también se lo expliqué en recepción. Aviso que es en la 301.

Breakfast was poor. It states a continental breakfast but there was only a choice of toast or cereal. There also wasn’t anyone around at breakfast time so nothing was topped up after the early birds, and dining room was littered with used cups and plates. We ended up eating breakfast out every day. We also purchased a kettle so we could have a coffee in the room, but we couldn’t store any cold drinks as there wasn’t a fridge. They do not clean the rooms unless you ask and pay extra for the service. If you require more toilet paper you have to go to reception and ask for it. The bedding consisted of just a top and bottom sheet and a pillow. The staff do not speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. It took three days to get a working remote for the tv only to find it was only showing Spanish programs, so unless you speak Spanish or have a laptop its not worth turning it on.

No info was given about having to pay a deposit on arrival €200 and not given any receipts Room was clean on entry, not once did we get fresh towels Had to ask about the breakfast, as it states bed and breakfast.. We were given a bag containing a small cake, carton of juice and some sugar. No tea or coffee? Trying to get a late check out was a nightmare, staff disappeared regularly and when they were on the desk they didn't want to help or gave attitude when asked about anything..

La habitación es pequeña, esta sucia, cristales del baño mal sujetos, aire acondicionado que hace muchísimo ruido y no deja dormir, en definitiva, deseando que se acabarán las vacaciones, Se solicita la factura a la salida y la chica que nos tocó no entiende el castellano, impresionante parece que estamos en el extranjero. Al final me dio jna especie de ticket, no era una factura porque no sale CIF-NIF nim8trosndatos del establecimiento, me remiten a solicitarla a Expedia. Una pena, no volveremos ni gratis.

Room was small but clean and suitable for my three nights, had a balcony to. Location perfect in old town, 5 min walk to beach and it took me 30 Minutes each night to walk to the strip. Continental breakfast was a joke, they deliver a bag containing warm carton of juice, bread roll, two cake items, butter, jam and paper cup, and sachet of coffee. I did not touch any of mine. I was a little upset about this, as this was why out of two options I choose this hotel due to it including the breakfast. The only other complaint as a solo traveller the surprise request for 200 euro deposit. I paid on my credit card, however, for the refund it is to be paid up to 14 days after by bank transfer to a bank account. Praying it does get refunded. I will also mention all the staff are spanish and do not understand any English.

Awful hotel, DO NOT STAY HERE While the staff are very helpful and friendly, the room is full of bugs and my shower was half broken, When a hotel has the name ‘bed and breakfast’ I imagined a hot food buffet, not 2 slices of pre packed cake and 2 warm juice boxes. I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Benidorm and this is by far the worst of the lot.

While the hotel was ok,was not happy with the breakfast. It was not a sit down breakfast in a dining room. It was just a couple of rolls, a soft drink and a coffee sachet left in our room the night before.
