Apenas o quarto e novo e limpo. O restante é completamente descuidado, sujo, relaxado, não tem recepção, o ambiente é horrível. Sujo. Só mesmo fizeram uma ala nova com quartos novos (bons) e piscina nova (boa). Mas toda outra estrutura é compartilhada com outra pousada (mesmo dono) dos anos 80 que tá caindo aos pedaços, suja, degradada, atendimento ruim, funcionários mal preparados. Muito ruim mesmo. Eu não recomendo essa hospedagem

First of all we checked in and not enough towels were provided. Bathroom floors are slippery and they didn’t want to provide an extra floor towel to step out from The shower. Second most important they did not have hot water to shower. We thought it was defective and we asked a cleaning lady if they could fix it and her response was that they don’t have hot water there only cold or freezing water. Third of all the music is so loud they play music outside until 3-4am the rooms are not sound proof and you will stay up all night. Fourth of all the chairs inside the room are not comfortable. You want to put shoes on but it reclines all the way back the idea was there I see their vision but not the right furniture. 5th the cleaning was horrible the edges of the bed are covered in dust and grime we cleaned it ourself with wipes and they all came out black. 6th we asked the laundrymat for extra towels because we couldn’t find the maid and they refused to give us towels because the maid had to provide it to us. We only saw them mopping outside at 8am and couldn’t get fresh towels. 7th the power kepted shutting off at night every 30min to an hr and come back on so watching tv sucked. The good : the view was good and AC worked great was cold and WiFi signal was decent.

This hotel is located near El Malecón. Beach front view walkable distance to other small eateries and their flea markets, restaurants and bars. The hotel room it self had a horrible underground black water smell constantly, even when walking by the property as the hotel is small (about 8 rooms). Our suite was called “El Tunco” no warm or hot water on the shower. The included the breakfast which was super horrible. We waited about 30 mins just to receive cold coffee. The food was cold, you only have an option of 4 choices from the whole breakfast- we had to pay extra for a glass of orange juice and water. The restaurant was barely empty, only 1 server and had to walk to another location to bring the food. Mopping sink right by the tables 😠. The worst was the pool. The pool hasn’t been cleaned I think in years. It had all that nasty green mold and people were even inside. The only thing good was the bed, they had a little “chale” right infront of the hotel and they could sell drinks. They offer laundry services at a reasonable price and that was a plus. Won’t be staying here for sanitary reasons.

Tout étais à l’excellence, 10/10, MAIS uniquement il y a de la musique après 20:00 face à l'hotel qui joue jusqu’à tard max 2AM, pour les personnes avec des problèmes de sommeil, faut juste étre avertis! Mais magnifique emplacement pour reposer et voir les magnifiques lever dû soleil.

The room was clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was kind and attentive. The view was fantastic and the restaurant was great. The only improvements would be to clean the pool and the bamboo bar was never open during our stay.
