L’hôtel était fermé et on nous a renvoyé sur un autre hôtel sale sans petit déjeuner enfin pas top du tout. J’aurai préféré un remboursement et trouvé moi même un hôtel

Clean room and very cold. Staff was kind enough to let us check in very late due to circumstances out of our control. Ice machine was broken, unfortunately, but not a big deal. We will be returning for sure.

This was the worst trip of our lives. We arrived at the hotel to find that they transferred our reservation to another hotel. We went to the hotel and found that there were others who had their reservation switched to this hotel. The hotel was very dirty, the heater didn’t work and the bathroom lights didn’t work. We came home after the first night because we couldn’t endure another two nights of poor service and dirty rooms. The other people who had their hotel switched experienced the same thing. I would not recommend this hotel or the other hotel Bryce Canyon On top to anyone. The staff at the hotel were absent after we checked in and we couldn’t contact them by phone or by message.

We ended up not even staying here and went and got another hotel near Bryce. Expecting to get a full refund from Hotels.com as nothing was as advertised but that is still pending. This property looked like it was about to go out of business. They had like a high school girl working the counter that didn’t know anything and was dressed in just plain shorts and tank top. TV didn’t work, WiFi was out, lights in the lobby were off, phone had been disconnected, no longer serving continental breakfast as advertised. They are basically shut down.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Tv didn’t have any channels. Ice machine didn’t work. Toilet wouldn’t stop running. We left at 7 and there was no breakfast. Was overcharged. The front desk person was super helpful.

Excellent accueil, petit hotel simple mais il ne manquait rien. Le petit dej' etait bon et bien garni. Et ce petit "village" tres agreable, avec une bonne pizzeria et un super petit resto concert.
