Would have been better if entry to the spa was included in the price of the stay rather than it cost extra

Great hotel with friendly helpful staff, good facilities and food was really good. Spa was really good with views of the surrounding hills of snowdonia. Would definitely return.

Take additional hangers for clothes as minimal hangers in room and only 1 storage draw

Good all round hotel. Clean modern and well equipped rooms. Good is okay and the staff are helpful. The only complaint would be the beds. The mattresses are very firm and low quality.

Great location and decent spa. Needs some work, our bed was particularly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs coming through the mattress.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The temperature control was very quiet too. My friend had accessibility requirements and was happy with how accessible the hotel was.

Sofa bed was not probably made by staff on first night, requests to refill shower gel not addressed, breakfast is overpriced.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ixora Hotel and Spa Our room was ginormous so moving around in my electric wheelchair was so easy as was going into the bathroom which was fully fitted and adapted for an amputee. The one disappointment in the bedroom was the minimal amount of wardrobe facilities and no particular place for cases. The lack of soft furnishings or even hard chairs in the lounge area was so severe that we were required to retire to our bedroom.

The hotel decor the was lovely and breakfast was nice. But unfortunately that's where the good points stop. The staff are not friendly/welcoming and the rooms whilst clean and well designed, the little things were not there. One hand towel between two, and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel fixed to the wall despite us having a separate bath in the room so we couldn't use them in the bath! Our tap was broken and the air conditioner did nothing.
