This place was terrible it was in a bad neighborhood as soon as we got out of car there was two people fighting the area is not safe and it is a shared bathroom and the room u could put ur fingers through to the next one

Was a home that appeared to be turned into a boarding house. Room was smaller than a jail cell. I did not feel safe there. There was a gentleman laying on the floor when I got there because he couldn’t get into his bedroom. I reluctantly helped him get in. When leaving, there was a gentleman washing clothes in the sink. Would not recommend. It was cheap and you get what you paid for.

I did not realize that this is not a hotel but an AirBnb type of property that was able to get listed on Hotels.com Please make sure you are comfortable with this neighborhood before booking. Even if you try to cancel within 2-3 minutes, they will tell you that it is non-refundable and I found out why... After driving through the neighborhood. It does not make me feel safe and I'm a 44 year old male in good shape. So I lost the money to this owner and ended up getting alternate acomodations. Please at least take a look on googlemaps first before booking

Couldn’t stay here! We pulled in to the driveway and this place is scary. We were even afraid to get out of our car! Neighborhood extremely creepy and felt unsafe. We had to drive to a public place to search for a place to stay.

I couldn’t find the door to this “hotel” which was poorly lit and I did not receive proper instructions. It gave me a very bad feeling being here. The parking was extremely unclear. This is a shared unit. I did not feel safe and did not end up staying here at all. I had to go elsewhere for my well being and safety. It took two hours to figure out where I was even supposed to go. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Before you arrive, text the number listed for the property to get check in instructions. Don’t message them through the app, don’t call them, don’t WhatsApp them. Just text. They will send you your room number and door codes. The first couple times these might be incorrect. Fortunately they were very responsive when I messaged so I was able to get it sorted. Other than the check-in difficulties, it’s a serviceable basic room where you can crash for a night before heading to your cruise or whatever.

This is a scam., stay away from itJust a noisi spring bed bed in a tiny room with shared bathroom in an old house full of rooms. No space for furniture, barely enough space to put a small suitcase on the floor. Arrival at night, dark street in a scary. neighbourhood, no sign, no light, no reception.. My wife was scared to get out of the car. .This sort of terrible setup should be worth at most $2O per night, ! We could not believe how Orbitz can list such a dump !

The room was kept clean while I was out . The bathroom are shared But everyone Does follow House rules . Very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins away from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Great kitchen amenities . House keeping one message away immediately delivering extra Towels. My only complaint is some food smells coming from kitchen after each microwave use. But overall amazing.

Property was alright though the area looked a bit sketchy and there was a loud guest that was banging on people's doors asking about a car that was blocking the way at 2 am but other than that places was pretty clean and bed was nice.
