Our stay was excellent. Plenty of space and the staff was always friendly. Anytime we needed extra towels, pillows or anything the front desk was very responsive. Breakfast was great too!

The property is brand new so that’s a plus. The standard room with a king bed was roomy with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. The one staff member that we encountered was friendly. The breakfast was average. They are a pet friendly hotel and I have an allergy to dander and they couldn’t guarantee me a room that hadn’t been occupied by a pet. That being said, the room was super clean and smelled very fresh. It’s in a good and safe location. I would stay here again.

It was a great place the room was like a mini apartment and had everything you would need. The whole place was clean the staff very friendly and the best breakfast ive had from any hotel. It was also walking distance to a very nice Walmart and several places to eat. The only complaint i have is the pool was outside and not open other than that i would most definitely recommend it.

I was there for two weeks. Room was spotless, very comfortable, and very spacious. It felt like home away from home. Staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Hernando.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the hotel was clean inside and out. Most of the staff were friendly, although one employee was noticeably unfriendly. While the other staff members were welcoming, they often couldn't answer basic questions without finding someone else to help. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pool. However, there were several areas that could be improved. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty when we arrived. The bathroom stated housekeeping would service rooms every other day, but despite not having the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, our room was never serviced on the middle day of our stay. We didn't receive fresh towels, toiletries, toilet paper, or any housekeeping. I also found the food delivery policy inconvenient. Deliveries had to be picked up from the front desk instead of being brought to the room. As a parent traveling alone with children, this made getting meals much more difficult. The biggest concern was a maintenance issue. After about an hour of moderate rain, water was pouring from the hallway ceiling on the top floor where our family was staying. It wasn't a small leak—it was coming down heavily. Overall, the hotel has good amenities, but the service and maintenance issues need attention.

The hotel was nice and the staff was courteous. My main issue was that I booked Home2Suites based off their typically great breakfast options. However, because this is a brand new hotel, they did not have whatever license was needed to serve a hot breakfast yet. They did offer some pastries but not at all what I was expecting. It would have been nice to have been notified of this before booking.

Staff support was lacking. I reserved the room for the night of November 29 using my American Express card online and was charged $163.90. Yet when my son arrived at the hotel he was told by the front desk clerk that my card had been declined and that he needed to present a credit card, which he did. He was then charged on his credit card $166.49. So we were double charged for the same room.

Everything was amazing. I will say the breakfast situation was a little offsetting....the lady in there was very controlling and kept snatching things from us as we were fixing our breakfast telling us we were doing it wrong, or using the wrong utensils or plates. We did not eat breakfast there the rest of our stay. Also the plug in our bathroom didn't work, but i just used the one in the living room so it was fine.
