スフィンクスゲートから歩いて帰れる距離でした。周辺はキレイとは言えませんが部屋は清潔で良かったです。予約した部屋とは異なる部屋で思っていたバルコニービューではありませんでした。また冬はジャグジーに溜められるほどのお湯は出ませんでした。 ただスタッフはとても親切で会うたびに声をかけてくれたりサプライズをしてくれました。 総合的には良いホテルです。。

日本人がエジプト旅行する時に一番気にするのは部屋、特にトイレやお風呂の清潔さ、安全、ウザい営業がないだと思うのですが私が泊まったこちらはその全てを想像の上を行くほどのおもてなしをしてくれます。 まず部屋ですがかなりキレイでトイレお風呂も清潔です。 Wi-Fiも部屋でも速度十分に早くインスタアップなど問題ありません。 安全面もピラミッドに近いのでホテルの前に小さいですがコンビニっぽいのがあったりします。 部屋からもピラミッドが眺められます ジャグジーもたくさん歩いた体を癒してくれます。 そしてエジプトを楽しめるツアーを最初にいくつか紹介してくれますが自分がほしいものだけ伝えて、不要な物は要らないと言ってもスタッフさんは不機嫌になることもなく、本当にホスピタリティに溢れています。 実は予約した部屋の景色と違ったことを伝えると、その部屋がメンテナンス中のためにこちらになった。その代わりに部屋は2部屋お使い下さい、と3人で2部屋貸して下さいました。 ピラミッドの中も営業が沢山いるのですが受付のSaifさんは中まで全て案内してくれどこでバスに乗るかや、写真を撮ってくれたり、現地の営業を全部断る対応してくれるので私たちが気分的に疲れる、みたいな事は一切ありませんでした。 これは本当に感謝です。 ホテルに戻る前にココナッツジュースを買ってくれたのですが激うまでした。 なので騙されて余計にお金を取られた、みたいなよく聞く話も経験しませんでした。 そしてオーナーのAdamさんは部屋が用意できなかったことを直接会いにきて謝ってくれて、その代わり今夜のレストランは無料でどうぞ、と招待してくれたのです。 そこはプラミッドがしっかり3つ見える最高のロケーションのレストランで幸運なことに夜の光と音のショーも見ることが出来ました。 そしてさらに午前2時に次の飛行機のため出発しなければならない私たちのために無料でトランスポートまでつける、とオファーしてくれたのです。 私は結構旅行をしてる気でいましたがこんなに良くしていただいた事は経験上初めてでした。 エジプトという自分と全く違う文化が根付いてる場所でこんなにも良くしていただけるなんてビックリです。 どこに泊まるか悩める日本人、それ以外の人にも大変お勧めできるホテルです！

the room was very clean and new, and the view was magnificent! staffs were very friendly and works hard. one of the staff, Mr. Saif, was supportive during my stay. i also enjoyed a lot the tour they arranged. my tour guide, Ms. Yasmeen, was very professional and the cost was reasonable.

For the 3* in Egypt it's really good hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff always ready to accommodate you, excellent breakfast. Walkable distance to the Giza pyramid entrance and 10 minute drive to the new GEM museum. Plenty of the restaurants options nearby. And great view from your room.

The staff were SO helpful and friendly. I was with a group and the staff made our visit in Cairo even more enjoyable. They helped us with setting up transportation and restaurant recommendations, etc. They really went above and beyond. The 2 men, each named Saif, Adam and the woman Shahenda were all great.

We had an amazing stay at Galaxy Pyramid Inn in Cairo! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding and we felt genuinely cared for. It honestly felt like we were visiting our cousins in Egypt rather than staying at a hotel. A special thank-you to Saif, who went above and beyond for us every single day. He walked us to the restaurant and back, made sure we always felt safe and comfortable, and even took us on a fun tuk-tuk ride—which our kids absolutely loved! He also joined us on our visit to the pyramids and was incredibly helpful with our toddler. His kindness and attention made our stay unforgettable. Breakfasts were delicious, the hospitality was incredible, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Galaxy Pyramid Inn and are truly grateful for the warmth and generosity we received. We can’t wait to come back!

Exceeded expectations in every way. The view was absolutely incredible—but what truly blew us away was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They were available right outside our door any time we needed something—whether it was a driver, a local recommendation, or anything at all. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish. My son got sick while we were there, and they went above & beyond—bringing medicine, tea, and checking in often to make sure he was okay. They also guided us to authentic local shops, helping us find quality items without overpaying and ensuring we always felt safe. They even connected us with a local guide for the pyramids and nearby sites—he was absolutely amazing! Every recommendation they made was reliable, safe & top-notch. The view of the pyramids from our balcony was unforgettable. We can’t say enough good things—highly, highly recommend!

It is a lovely family-run hotel and the staff treats all its guests with immense respect, care and love. The two cousins – Saif and Saif, as well as Mohammed – were a delight. They were very helpful, always smiling and were running a perfect show. Their services beats a 5-star hotel especially considering I stayed at the W (Abu Dhabi) and Hyatt (Dubai) right after the stay at Galaxy – and which could not match Galaxy’s hospitality. The view of the hotel is the USP and the pictures are very accurate. Best place to stay in Egypt if you are going for the pyramids and even otherwise.

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view was absolutely stunning — directly overlooking the Pyramids, which made the stay even more special. If you are looking for a true experience of Egypt, this is it… It’s local, it’s a smaller establishment. You get to know the people, who are wonderful. You have a personal experience. From morning chats over coffee to personal escorts for the best local cuisine, the staff are always available and always ready to help you. They helped me create the best personalised and well thought out itinerary to visit the sites in Cairo, Giza and Luxor. My father aged 80, my family and I had the best possible experience. Thanks Galaxy Pyramids. Thanks Seif, Mido, Hamdy, Adam… you were fantastic.

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay in Giza any more! What a time we had! It was remarkable and this hotel is perfect. Last time I was in Egypt, we stayed in Cairo, which is a totally different and inauthentic experience. I am so glad we stayed near the pyramids this time. We were at this hotel for 7 days, and to wake up each day and look out the window and see the Giza plateau, and then watch the sun set behind the pyramids was so special. We shared many memorable moments on the balcony and we won't stay anywhere else when we come back to Egypt. The neighborhood is busy and a bit noisy, but at this location you get to experience the real Egypt. It is super safe, probably the warmest people of any country we have visited, and the staff at the hotel is so delightful. Saif and Saif - we love love love these dudes! They accomodated everything we needed and treated us like family. I highly recommend this hotel. 100%

This was our first time in Egypt and we wanted to stay in a clean and comfortable hotel near the pyramids with a view of the pyramids to wake up to. We got all of that. But what we didn’t expect was the incredible hospitality and helpfulness of all of the staff, especially Seif and Seif. We have both traveled the world and stayed in over 40 countries, if we’ve never experienced this sort of hospitality! From setting up our transportation to arranging incredible dinners, to accompanying us when we wanted to go for walks, to brining us a wonderful breakfast each morning, they were both the best of Egyptian hospitality! The room was fantastic, with an amazingly comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom, a wonderful balcony with a stunning view of the pyramids, and very tasteful decorations. We really can’t say enough about how highly we recommend the Galaxy Pyramid View Inn.

Don’t be discouraged when you first pull up the outside does not do justice for when you walk in to the hotel ! The rooms are exactly as they say it’s clean nice updated. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The staff was amazing especially Saif and Seif they attended to us they walked ua to a rooftop dinner the first night they made sure we were safe and no hagglers messed with us ! They are so sweet every morning they brought us breakfast, best orange juice and coffee and any other request we asked they definitely would get for us. They took us to a local juice shop at the corner of hotel so good definitely recommend to try! They so sweet even gave us a gift !! Highly recommend staying here it felt safe someone always at the desk 24 hrs to attend . Make sure you are aware the traffic is very loud but did not really bother us at all!

We had a wonderful stay! Bed was super comfortable, room was modern and immaculate, view exactly as described, with a nice balcony and the hot tub was amazing! The room was very small but they made excellent use of the space. We were greeted with a welcome parfait and they packed breakfast to go for our early morning departure. While it was facing a noisy Main Street, it was quiet in the room, and we never felt unsafe walking across the street to meet our Uber drivers. There was always a guard/ball man in the lobby. Highly recommend!
