Chouette hôtel malheureusement accolé à un restau branché qui organise souvent des concerts en plein air l'été. Très bruyant. La wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre (trop loin de l'accueil?).

A hard yes for me!

Conveniently located and clean. The fluffy towels and added slippers were a lovely touch. Special shoutout to Sonia, our waiter — incredibly hardworking, helpful, and always smiling. A hard yes from me! That said, it would be great to sort out the credit card payment issue, as most people rarely carry cash these days.

Our stay here was incredible, the location was perfect, the pool and hot tub outside our room was amazing, the staffs attentiveness ( Yuri ) was much appreciated and the breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious. Any concern or need we had was resolved quickly. This is a place we would recommend to anyone we know and a place we’d love to return to!

We stayed at Blue Arise Fira for a couple of days and had a great experience overall. If you're looking for a place that’s walkable to downtown Fira, this is a fantastic choice—only about a 10-minute walk, which made it easy to explore, dine, and shop without needing transportation. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Another big plus: the hot water! This was one of the few places during our trip where we didn’t have to wait for the water to heat up—it was hot right away, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was also excellent—clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. There's a hot tub too, though I wish it had been a little warmer. A few small things to note: The bathroom didn’t have much ventilation, so it would get quite steamy after showers. The AC didn’t cool the room as well as we’d hoped. There was no smart TV, and the in-room Wi-Fi was pretty weak. It worked much better outside the room. The location really made up for these minor issues. There’s a winery right next door for tastings and several grocery stores nearby if you want to grab snacks or drinks. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Blue Arise Fira for its location, cleanliness, friendly staff, great breakfast, and relaxing pool. A few quirks, but nothing that took away from an otherwise lovely stay.

Review of Blue Arise Hotel, Saint Torino, Greece I recently stayed at the Blue Arise Hotel in Saint Torino and, while there were some positive aspects, I found my experience to be quite mixed. Starting with the good, the staff at the hotel were truly lovely. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with any requests. Their hospitality definitely stood out and made our stay more enjoyable. However, the accommodations left much to be desired. The rooms felt dated and in need of renovation, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connectivity was weak and unreliable at best, making it difficult to stay connected or plan our daily activities online. Overall, while the service was commendable, the hotel could greatly benefit from updates to its facilities and improvements to its internet service. If you're looking for a place with great staff in a lovely location, it might be worth considering, but be prepared for some shortcomings in the room quality and Wi-Fi.
