The room was not the cleanest and some things were a little run down in the room. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice. The balcony was so small I got anxiety being out on it because of how close you are to the rail as soon as you step on it. That’s the first time I’ve ever been anxious on a balcony. The indoor pool was small but very nice. The water was so cool and we enjoyed it the most. Overall it was affordable and nice for the price. The location was great and close to a lot of the attractions. We would stay again.

Got to the hotel early and wanted to check in but they wanted to charge extra to check in early. No AC in lobby or elevator and the pool looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months and the rooms AC didn't work good and the toilet would rock when you say on it and mold and mildew in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend no one staying there and the breakfast wasn't really when we went down at 8:30 and the staff acted like she didn't care when everyone was complaining about the hotel that morning.

We had such an enjoyable stay here. Staff was super friendly. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. We asked for extra pillows and was given extra. In walking distance to strip of pigeon forge.

There was stains on the pull out bed. Stains on the sheets og the beds looks like lip stick. Air conditioner did not work great. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Staff was helpfull but did walk into a room that was already booked. Im happy he was with me to check the room. That could have been real bad. Pool was green and had frogs in it.

I had to keep the thermostat below 65 and it was still not cool in the room. Please don’t repeat what we did. Went there April 2026 for family vacation. The room had no shampoo or conditioner, towels looked dirty and we had to buy our own food outside since they had a small and pitiful breakfast selection. Stay away!

The hotel conditions are not the same as shown in the booking application 🚨Indoor pool, horrible dirty, thermal pool with yellow water. As soon as I opened the door to enter the pools you could feel the horrible smell, difficult to distinguish how bad it smelled there. Pool outside, closed and no maintenance. The room was spacious, stains on the blankets but the room smelled good. The staff”a Men” was very friendly, he apologized and helped us change the hotel. Thanks for your help.

The hot water took forever to warm up in the shower and even when it did the water pressure was barely there. The pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The water was literally green. Location was perfect, close to everything. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast eatable but not much to choose from. The eggs were cold.

it was nice but there was a dirty bandaid in our bathroom. the room was very hot so it took forever to cool off and the pool was drained which was one of the main reasons for coming to this location. it also says it’s walking distance to the island and it’s no where near the island so we had to drive. The breakfast was hardly anything so again another reason we went with this one bc we wanted breakfast.
