I loved the signature hotel fragrance from the moment we entered to the toiletries used it created beautiful memories. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff service. From car arrival to every interaction, we felt warmly welcomed and personally cared for, including help arranging transport when needed. Breakfast was excellent, especially the South Indian spread, which my parents enjoyed in such a luxurious setting. Because of this wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai from Malaysia 🇲🇾

Hotel is under renovation - they did tell us right from the start. I guess the price was lower than expected for that reason. That said, a lot of the smaller things were far from 5 star level. The bedding, towels, toiletries were all just... okay? Nothing bad, but not premium. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Included breakfast was good but barely changed over 5 days so some variety would be nice.
