ペトラまで徒歩数分でとても便利です。坂の多い町なので、平坦な道を歩いて行けるこのホテルはとてもおすすめです。 スタッフの方にワディラム行きのバスの予約をお願いしたら快く引き受けてくれ、当日の朝も確認の電話をしてくれて有り難かったです。 1つ残念だったのはwifiが繋がり辛かったことです。

What really stood out during my stay was the hospitality. The reception staff—especially Hasem and Rami—were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is in an excellent location for the visitor centre entrance into Petra. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and of a good size. Breakfast is simple but plenty big enough costs only 6 Jordan Dinar Highly recommend this hotel

My stay was excellent. Thr property is very conveniently located and is only 1 min away from Petra's visitor center. The staff at the front desk (Rami) was very gracious to offer me a 2-hour late checkout so that I can freshen up after my visit to Petra. That was very mich appreciated.

Tug behind an alleyway. Second closest hotel to the entry gate on the main shopping strip. Clean, great price, and very friendly stuff. It's no 5 star hotel but you have everything you need around the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel while in Petra

I saw good reviews but it was even better. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. It is close to Petra, but there are many restaurants nearby and it is easy to rest. 한국 사람들이 한국인 후기를 신뢰해서 우리말로도 남겨요. 정말 깨끗하고 잘 관리된 호텔입니다. 페트라 다녀오면 조금 피곤할 수 있는데 정말 푹 쉬었던 느낌입니다. 직원 분들도 친절합니다.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. I didn’t get the name of the day guy but night was Rami. Both were super helpful. It looks further on the map but it is literally 5 mins slow walk from the visitor’s center and entrance to petra and 1-2 minutes further from Jett bus. But the hotel and shopping street is small n right across the center.

No frills but comfortable. Free parking. It's up an ally and not very easy to spot from the main street but they were standing outside waiting for us. Everything works in the rooms, good beds and bathroom fine. Breakfast was an extra and was a bit chaotic. It was fine but probably the least good of our trip. Staff really nice (true across Jordan - such a great people and country). Great location just a 5 minute walk from the entrance to Petra and surrounded by bars and restaurants. Overall good value for a functional hotel.

The only positives here are location (very close to the Petra Visitor Center) and how nice the staff is. And I really do hate to say all this because the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything else is pretty subpar and that’s saying something because I’m a pretty low maintenance traveler (like I normally stick with hostels and other places that are inexpensive and usually don’t have issues with many places because I know what I’m getting). There were lots of stains on the sheets and dirt on the floor (also stains around the toilet). Everything feels and looks musty. Twice in my 3 day stay, the toilet stopped working. You can’t control the AC but can turn on the fan (which sometimes also smells and if you open the window, you might get smoke smell wafting up from people smoking outside). Two of the lights in the room are out so it’s pretty dim inside. The shower does leak out into the bathroom (and I didn’t even have the water on the whole time - I turned it on and off to shampoo and soap up and also just held the shower head in my hand to control where the water went). You hear crowds at night as they walk past, as well as people in the hallways. The day I checked in (they did let me check in early which was another plus), they were still cleaning some of the rooms on the floor and the staff were yelling at each other pretty loudly. The mini-fridge in my room smelled SO bad, I can’t even describe it.
