This hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was unparalleled. You’ll receive a delicious complimentary drink upon arrival and be greeted by the house manager who takes the time to answer all questions and take you through the property. The property is WOW. Only a small number of rooms set in an exquisitely decorated house. The rooms are spacious and modern. There are molten brown toiletries, beautiful sheets and a very comfy bed. Breakfast is complimentary and cooked by an in house chef everyday. The chilaquiles are some of the best we had in Mexico throughout our stay. There’s a rooftop bar that is stunning. It’s perfectly situated. Minutes from all the main attractions without being in the thick of it all. We booked through hotels.com which advertises airport shuttle as being complimentary with the hotel (it’s not). But, that’s more of an issue with hotels.com than this property. They will promptly respond to all questions via whatsapp and were super helpful with arranging taxi services (uber isn’t widely available). We would definitely stay here again. It had the attention to detail you’d expect from a high end boutique hotel with the conveniences of a well trusted major brand
