Great views of the pyramids. Easy uber access to the pyramids and the museum. Cold ac. Clean rooms. The breakfast was nice, ask for the guava juice. It’s delicious. We also got in very late at night and we were able to get dinner at the restaurant on the premises so we didn’t have to venture out at midnight.

Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Manager hat sich bestmöglich um uns gekümmert. Egal ob Transport nach Kairo oder zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es hat immer alles reibungslos funktioniert. Die Zimmer waren auch gut.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel the Manager sorted out a family room at no extra cost where I mistakenly booked double for 2 adults and a child. Pyramids views amazing from our rooms and even better from the restaurant. Khaled from the restaurant was amazing great customer service. Would definitely visit again and stay !!!

Good value for money hotel with decent breakfast moustafa was great manager he helped us alot with tours and everything.. even mohammed at the front desk was very helpful.. khaled at food and beverages was good..Everything was perfect except for the airport transfer arranged on last day the driver was very rude and also dropped us very far from departure terminal we had to walk alot with large bags of luggage with a small child.. rest all ok with the hotel and staff .. no talabaat food delivery in giza area

Das Hotel unter der Leitung von Manager Mustafa arbeitet auf europäischem Niveau, ebenso das Personal. Sie gaben mir ein Gefühl von Sicherheit, Ruhe und Geborgenheit. Sie stellten mir ein Auto mit persönlichem Fahrer zur Verfügung. Ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause.

Unfortunately the hotel was not good enough because our requests had never done. For example,I asked to bring toilet rolls, nobody brought them. Breakfast was terrible. Every staff never have hospitality even manager of the restaurant smokes in the restaurant. We hate the smell , of cause . We never understand his smoking in the restaurant even in his position. I will never stay this hotel.

tolle Lage bei den Pyramiden

Es hat einiges nicht geklappt, was sie sich jedoch bemühten sofort zu beheben. Nur finde ich es nicht schön, wenn ich selbstverständlichem Nachlaufen muss: Fernbedienung Klimaanlage war nicht da, Warmwasser lief nicht, Toilettenpapier ging aus. Der Blick auf die Pyramiden von Hoteldach aus ist schön. Hier kann man auch Essen und bekommt das Frühstück. Die Lage war gut, aber leider auch an der eher lauten Hauptstrasse. Das Personal ist freundliche und hilfsbereit. Als Entschädigung für unsere umtriebe erhielten wir einen Beitrag zurückerstattet, was ich wieder kulant fand.

The room was really nice but quite small. The bathroom was tiny, couldnt reach the pegs/towels at the top. It states daily house keeping but our room was not cleaned once, we had to ask for bottles of water, fresh towels and toilet paper which they did give straight away. The older man called Khaled in the restaurant was really nice and welcoming and looked after us. The tall receptionist was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. Another member of staff called Moustafa was very unwelcoming after we did not book any tours with him. He did not even speak to us after this and was quite rude- this was quite off putting staying in the hotel.

To start off the location on hotels.com/expedia.com were incorrect. This hotel is on the Main Street which was very noisy and upsetting since we picked this property based on location. The rooms were not sound proof. Additionally, we had 3 rooms for our group and 2/3 were not cleaned. One had a bloody towel and the other had the bathroom supplies used/open. We also never received housekeeping automatically, which I did not mind but good to know if you like a clean room. The excursion team there did not support in cancellations which I was not happy about as someone from our party fell ill, he did not give us a refund at any capacity although we were promised a partial refund as the deposit was already paid to the tour operator, the GM did not give us a refund after multiple messages. Breakfast- Yes Breakfast is free but it is the same leftovers each day and unsure what most of it was. Nothing special compared to other hotels in the area. Some parts I liked was they gave a free water bottle each day, and the regular staff was overall friendly.

Firstly, the location shown in Hotels.com is not where you are staying. It is about a mile South and 3 feet from a main road so traffic is audible at all hours. Egyptians use horns consistently so sleep was difficult. Breakfast was included but I doubt the street dogs would eat it. When we arrived the towel in my bathroom had dried blood on it and the soap was already used. The shower temperature was inconsistent and the towels were threadbare. The AC in each room was the only caveat-less positive.
