スタッフが，親切で、very clean。また、泊まりたい。 TVは、チャンネル数が少ない。私たち，外国人は、TVの電源を入れて、リモコンで，普通に，local チャンネルを，見たい。Amazonも、Netflixも、契約してないので、見られないし、必要ない。隣の部屋のゲストも，同じ事、言ってました。

The room was very dated and not particularly clean. There was a layer of sticky film over most of the furniture in the bedroom. The air handling units were incredibly loud, and did not cool off the room. There were crumbs on the refridgerator in the room when I checked in, as well as yellow gel forming on the ceiling of the bathroom. The pillows (two available) were both so overwashed/used, the stuffing in them were a ball and would not flatten out. Between all of those issues, I did not sleep well for the three nights I was there,

It's obvious you're working to upgrade an older property, and are definitely moving in the right direction. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel welcoming from start to finish. The room itself was really nice and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. The downside was the pool, which was green during my visit and not really usable. The room could have used a little freshening in the air, but overall it was clean and comfortable. There’s real potential here, and with a bit more attention to upkeep, this could easily become a stronger spot. For now, it’s a decent stay with great people running the place. The room is dated. Pillows are ridiculous. The AC unit is impossible to use since the gauges are worn and illegible. We requested and were granted a late checkout of noon. They locked us out well before noon. There was an additional hotel fee plus taxes. Way overpriced. Very difficult to access rooms out back.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights for my daughter and my wife. Checked in was okay but next morning their car was missing. Reported to the police and after reviewing the video surveillance the car was stolen overnight by an individual. Apparently the car trucking device has shown that the car had crossed the border to Mexico. Even the police has mentioned that while they were patrolling the area during the night they saw the car on the road. Of course they didn’t stop it cause they didn’t know it was stolen. Police also mentioned that this particular area is very bad, with the drug cartel involved in this kind of crimes. Please note the reception at this hotel is not open during the night from 8pm to 8am. Therefore this type of crimes happen more easily during the night when the reception is closed. Because they had appointments all day, they could not checkout and the second night they had to baricade themself in the room for their own safety. And of course the next morning they checked out. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Very clean. Quiet. Liked the upgrades & flooring. Snacks & waters in the room and lobby were a nice touch. Bed needs more pillows, though! Rec Room was Great! My daughter and I had fun playing pool. Would definitely stay here, again.

We stayed 4 days and enjoyed each one of them. We used the pool and hot tub that were lovely and enjoyed hanging out in the pool chairs in the sun. They always had enjoyable music on the outside speakers. When you walk in to the Oasis it seems more like a resort than a hotel. Don’t be deceived by the outside facade. Our room was clean. Our bed was comfy and the staff that we met were friendly and helpful. The manager was very gracious and kind. The location easily gets you to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and Mesa within 15-20 minutes. We plan on booking again when we come in November.

Wow! Nice and quiet. Locking the door using the 4 digit code was a new experience. Loved the kitchenette! Great having a big fridge/freezer. And a dishwasher too! Awesome!
