there was no soap in the bathroom the breakfast was not really a breakfast it was more of a grab and go the price the hotel was twice of that of neighboring properties that are full service breakfast

They do not have breakfast, unless you like coffee and a muffin. Only one wash cloth and 2 towels for 2 people in a double queen room, no room service during multi-days stay. If you ask for towels the cleaning staff is not happy. The only news channel they allow to be shown is CNN, Fox and others are blocked. This is a Hilton woke property, First and Last time I will stay at a Hyatt Studios.

There’s also a washer and dryer available near the lobby, though it’s unclear whether there’s a fee to use them. Everything feels fresh and new, and the overall layout of the property emphasizes space and comfort. Breakfast is included, but it leans more toward lighter, non-hot options compared to some other Hyatt properties. That said, the extended serving hours are a nice touch and make it easier to fit into different schedules. Overall, this is a place you could easily see yourself living in for an extended stay thanks to its clean, spacious design and practical amenities.

Room was great. Spacious and clean, however there were some micro type bugs moving about on the table next to the TV. Though after using some disinfectant cleaner that would solve the issue but minutes later noticed them again. Was a bit leary of sleeping in the bed after that episode but thankfully no bites or issues there. Breakfast was an eye opener especially for the price for the room. Nothing hot at all, just muffins, some fruit and packages pastries. That was a bummer!

This was supposed to be a new hotel, but the first thing we noticed walking into the lobby was the stench -- sickening sweet air freshener mixed with stale cigarettes and a touch of cigars. The smell permeated the second floor as well as the air coming out of our room unit. The ice from the ice maker on our floor and the next up had something like mold frozen into it. Luckily the room had a fridge with ice trays so we were able to make ice that was usable. There were no instructions for closing the electric blinds, so it took us 20 minutes to determine it was a switch on the opposite side of the room and required a secret set of button presses.The vanity light in the bathroom was on a motion detector that wasn't calibrated well, so the lights continued to go out within seconds putting you in complete darkness. Lastly the "breakfast" consisted of a minuscule selection of granola bars and bananas. The coffee was empty and there was no attendant in sight. i did see one of the cleaning staff take the rest of what was left of the coffee before we got to it. All in all, the problems with this hotel went far beyond just a bad day. We recommend that you avoid it like the plague.

Check-in was fine. The staff very friendly. Room was clean with the exception of the shower. Temperature control in the room was off. It was very cold 67 when we arrived in the room. We tried several times to raise the temp to 71-73 with no luck. It was very cold while sleeping. Let’s talk about breakfast. When selecting a hotel we always opt for one with hot breakfast. Expedia showed that this hotel serves breakfast. Maybe we missed it, but we didn’t see where it was a light breakfast. If we had we probably would not have chosen this hotel. I think advertising should be clear about this.

Front staff switched my room from king bedcto 2cqueens without telling me. After going into room didnt touch anything, I went back downstairs because their phones dont connect to front desk. I said I booked a king. The front desk said because I booked through 3rd party I dont have a room guarentee even though my reservation stated King bed. Also the " BREAKFAST INCLUDED" is a breakfast grab-n-go of instant grits, old bananas, muffins, not a real breakfast,cold coffee or coffee in the room. Their description on the listing stated "Breakfast included". Front desk hostess was curt and never said 1 thing about switching the room. I knew nothing until we checked into room. Also phone in room doesnt connect to hotel front desk. It goes to a central Hyatt number. Front desk said if you dont book direct you have no choice of room even if you booked a king they can put you into any room available. I will never book here again. I own a hotel. Never would I change a room without contacting guest prior to check-in. Inspite of nice room their policies are not friendly or honest.
