Svetlana was a very nice hostess and was very accommodating. Always pleasant. Also a very nice breakfast. Beautiful location a block from the Vatican. We were able to get a Sunday blessing in the square of the Vatican.

Chambre très sympa et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, très copieux. L'hébergement se trouve très bien placé, tout proche de la Basilique et du Vatican et pas très loin du centre de ROME. On peut tout faire à pied. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Superb location in a lovely 1920's Villa with all the major Rome attractions within walking distance. Room was clean, comfortable & attended daily. Breakfast was a good & adequate meal to start the day. Svetlana was very helpful and keeps everything in good order. Plenty of nice pubs, restaurants/trattorias & coffee shops/cafes very close by & the usual array of shops for you to browse in.

There is no reception area to help people when there are problems. Everything is done by WhatsApp. Very close to the Vatican. I got pick pocke at the Vatican so I spent my two days at the police station getting photos for a new emergency passport so I would have to say….. My first two days in Rome was not good. The bedding was not very good, but the people in the breakfast nook were very nice and helpful for me. after all of that, I would probably stay there again because it is so close to the Vatican.

Fabulous Stay at TimeRoma Vatican

Beautiful building practically at St. Peter’s Square. Quiet, comfortable stay for three nights before our cruise. More like a B&B since a lovely breakfast was included at a large dining table with 4 other guests. Giulia was friendly and gracious.

The location was excellent, a 3min walk to Vatican . The hotel is an old fashion house full of charm. The cleanliness was 1st rate and the Breakfast (continental) was excellent waitress in charge would even make you eggs if you so wished. There is no staff on site after breakfast entry is via key from street and coded keypad to the hotel , there is an emergency number if you require it. We stayed 4 days and we will stay again in the future

Wer lange Haare sollte seinen eigenen Föhn mitbringen 😅. Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Es ist ein altes Haus daher alles sehr hellhörig. Sehr nett, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder.

This is the perfect place if you are planning to visit Rome and the Vatican. The location is great to visit the Vatican near at morning when they are not a lot of tourist around. On the other side you can cross the bridge to visit the city. The hotel is inside of a beutiful building, it has elevator. Super clean, nice, quiet place. The staff very nice and helpful. They offer a home made breakfast every day with many options. I would recommend this place to everyone and for sure, I will stay there when I come back to visit Rome again in the future.

Ganz in der Nähe der Haltestelle vom Flughafen-Transfer. Der Petersdom ist sozusagen vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück ist überarbeitungsfähig. Außenlärm kommt nicht rein, nur im Haus knarzt es etwas. Alles ist sauber. Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen.

The morning staffs serving breakfast are nice and helpful. As we arrived in late afternoon, which informed the host before, but at the time we arrived, it took as a while to get access into the building as we don't have the key for the main entrance and no one open the door for us neither. The worst is it was raining at that time. Eventually, after 20mins waiting, someone was leaving the building, and opened the door for us. However, after entered the building, we hadn't have the password to get access to the accommodation, and have to wait for another few mins until we receive the message from the host.

Collocazione eccezionale in Via della Conciliazione per chi vuole visitare San Pietro. Avevamo prenotato diversi mesi fa e siamo capitati proprio nei giorni dei funerali del Papa. Struttura e personale molto accoglienti, che ti fanno sentire a casa. La colazione propone buone scelte dolci e salate e viene servita in un bel salone molto grande che affaccia con due finestre su Via della Conciliazione. Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera King A, anch'essa molto bella con ampio bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Nel frigobar a disposizione dei clienti una bottiglia d'acqua microfiltrata. Esperienza davvero molto positiva

First of all they don’t accept c.card for the its said (pay at property)so we went to money changers and changed you a lot of fees,second breakfast was so terrible since day one continental breakfast served old until the last day of our stayed there,third the shower head didn’t work great.very worsened experience in my life!
