The staff were amazing! They gave us lots of information about visiting and hiking in Torres del Paine. And also helped us book a couple of activities. The hotel itself is really nice. No frills but a clean and comfortable place. It has a decent room with lovely views of the water and is located within walking distance to restaurants. The shower was really good with hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was good with hot options available. Overall it was a lovely stay.

The hotel is in great condition. It's clean, comfortable and well decorated. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The staff, Vanessa, Daniela, and Christina are wonderful. They're friendly and knowledgeable about the area and super helpful!

The hosts came in clutch. There were unexpected circumstances that messed with our plans. But they were able to help and salvage a lot. Could not recommend enough, especially if you suck a planning.

Adoravelmente roots.

Hotel super adorável! Estilo mais roots mas muito confortável e com tudo bem limpo e novo. Na chegada nos perguntaram se iriamos fazer a trilha da Base das Torres e que deixariam um café da manhã pronto pra gente mais cedo em função disso. Foi ótimo pois a trilha é longa e cansativa, então o café veio em boa hora.

Wow, what a great little hotel. Amazing views from the room, a very comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. The included breakfast was simple but exactly what we needed with very helpful staff. My wife and I ran the Patagonia International Marathon and this was right next to the official race hotel so it was very convenient. Also, it was very close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. It was also a reasonable distance from the national park. We drove each day to Torres Del Paine and the drive was about 1.5 hours which wasn't bad. Even better the hotel had hiking poles for use to rent for 5000 CLP per day, which was great because they are required on some trails. Overall, this was a great stay and we had a wonderful time.

Altamente recomendado

El hotel es muy bonito, la vista desde el cuarto daba al Fiordo y las montañas. La atención es increíble, siempre estan pendientes de ti, de los horarios de tus tours para que no te vayas sin desayunar. Nos sentimos como en casa. Está ubicado cerca de los puntos de interés de Natales como el museo, la plaza, restaurantes y tiendas. Mi unica sugerencia es que pongan cajoneras en los cuartos para tener mas espacio para acomodar la ropa.

Thank you, Jacob, for your generous hospitality and your efforts to secure a one-night rebate from Expedia for my stay from June 16th to 18th. I sincerely hope your request is successful and that I receive the refund for my one-night stay. The chaos of duplicate room bookings arose due to two tour operators canceling my booked tour at the very last minute, which forced me to seek alternative activities for my trip to Patagonia. While this situation was unfortunate, it is in no way a reflection of the hotel’s quality—just a bit of bad luck on my part in planning. Despite this, my trip has been wonderful, and I definitely plan to return to Puerto Natales, possibly staying at your hotel again. Thank you once again for everything!

Um dos hotéis mais gostosos e aconchegantes que já fiquei! Quartos espaçosos e cheirosos, decoração acolhedora com a temática de cavalos, lençóis de ótima qualidade, shampoos e sabotes disponíveis de excelente qualidade. Quartos quentes com calefação e um banheiro bem estiloso minimalista com água super quente! Toda a equipe foi muito simpática, gentil e atenciosa. Minha única critica, foi que avisaram que o café da manhã iniciava as 6h30 (a.m.) mas se eu precisasse, eu poderia avisar e serviriam as 6h. E teve um dia que precisei, pois a maioria dos passeios por Puerto Natales acontecem muito cedo, e especificamente no dia que precisei e agendei, a moça que foi cobrir a responsável pelo café não montou o café, e tão pouco mostrou vontade em querer me ajudar quando voltei a pedir se ela podia trazer pelo menos os pães.
