Halte très sympathique
Séjour transit entre ferry depuis Puerto Eden et randonnée Puerto natales puis Puerto Montt . Une personne repartant à Puerto Eden par ferry du soir . Rien à comparer du séjour au Casa Verde de la veille, très décevant , une ARNAQUE Au Pristina, Personnel dynamique, bienveillant et accueillant tout au long du séjour. Nous aurions dû prendre deux nuits chez eux .

Good location, comfortable stay
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hard to operate as it had separate cold and hot taps and there was no chair to relax in. The hotel said they had booked me a taxi to collect me at the airport but it wasn't there and they didn't apologise for this which I wasn't very impressed with.

Café da manhã bem simples
Hotel agradável, esperava mais pelo valor… Não possuem tv nos quartos, café da manhã extremamente simples (tem hostel na cidade que oferece um café da manhã bem melhor). Não fornecem snacks para levarem nos passeios que acontecem nos horários mais cedo que o café da manhã. Localização ok, de fácil acesso andando para o centro. Funcionários não falam muito bem inglês e não entendem muito bem o português. Cobraram os 19% de IVA no check-in e ficamos sem entender o porquê, pois a comunicação ficou prejudicada por não falarem em inglês. Serviço de quarto e troca de toalhas somente são realizados quando solicitados. Solicitei arrumação do quarto e posteriormente, observei que sumiu alguns itens pessoais meus. Muito triste esse tipo de situação acontecer em um hotel desse nível, mas como não foi nada de muito valor, não fiz questão de fazer uma reclamação formal. Possuem serviço de lavanderia. Não possuem frigobar nos quartos.

Muito bom
A localização é maravilhosa e o hotel é muito bem decorado também, quartos no piso superior com linda vista. O staff foi super atencioso, gostamos muito. Como pontos de melhoria: o quarto, embora espaçoso, não tem mesas de apoio para deixar suas coisas, o que deixa tudo meio amontoado. Se escuta muito o ruído dos outros hóspedes no quarto. E em dias de sol, o quarto fica muito muito quente e não há ventilação adequada. Mas acredito que esse clima quente é uma surpresa para a cidade também e estão se adaptando. Importante: questione sobre o IVA antes de fechar a viagem. Quando fui, não o estavam devolvendo por questões administrativas, mas resolveram para nós. Em resumo, voltaria.

Wonderful Place
The owner was so incredible and kind! She gave us great tips for our travels. She went out of her way to drive us to a restaurant she recommended. The hotel is very clean, located very close to the water and close to town! Highly recommend you stay at this hotel!

Unpleasant experience
It is uncommon for me to give bad reviews, but I would really give a caution to everyone who would like to give this hotel a try Cons: 1. I paid this reservation in full on the booking website. Upon check-in, the staff was asking me to pay extra taxes of 20000+ pesos, which is out of nowhere. The explanation was the hotel is new and the owner didn't set up things properly. I contested and they gave up 2. This hotel charges 3000 pesos per day for storing the luggage, while other hotels generally offer this for free to guests. I was in a hurry the other day and had to accept the charge. 3. The hotel rooms are facing west which means the room gets very hot in the afternoon. I have to leave the window to cool the room down. Since there is no window screen, a lot of flies got into the room. I have to manually kill them which is an awful experience. Others must have done the same as you could find marks on the wall. 4. The room is not quite clean but the toilet is jammed somehow. Pro:the front desk staff is very friendly and tries to help with my needs. Hotel is close to water fromt

Quartos são bons e o meu tinha uma ótima vista. A fachada pode não dar uma impressão muito boa, mas eu acho que é esse tipo de arquitetura e de materiais utilizados que garantem um ambiente “quentinho” dentro dos quartos. Café da manhã simples, mas bom. Parece que a cidade toda tem certa dificuldade de conseguir variedade de frutas durante certas épocas do ano. As informações de que necessitamos foram prestadas . Tenho apenas uma observação. Não sei qual foi a razão do mal entendido, mas inicialmente disseram que eu ainda teria que pagar um IVA de 19%. Mostrei para eles o recibo da Hoteis.com que continha a informação de “impostos incluídos” e nada mais me cobraram afirmando que assumiriam o prejuízo decorrente. De qualquer forma, criou-se uma situação constrangedora. Para nós a única vantagem de reservar uma estadia pela internet é justamente o fato de saber antecipadamente o total que vamos pagar, dar o número do cartão de crédito e não se preocupar mais com isso. Se, cansados da viagem, ainda temos que negociar valores ao chegar, simplesmente esse serviço não tem sentido.
