The staff was not very welcoming at check-in or check-out. The room, beds and refrigerator were clean but the room was definitely bare bones and the beds weren't comfortable There were three towels and no washcloths. We asked for more on the third day and were told to put the dirty ones outside the door and housekeeping would provide fresh. When we came back to the hotel after a long day there were still no towels and we had to ask through a window by the front office. The gentleman on duty gave us fresh towels and washcloths. The next day housekeeping dropped off more towels, soap, TP, etc. so we actually ended up with more than we could use. Our room was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it definitely did not smell smoke free. Our stay was non-refundable or we would have tried to find somewhere else to go.
