Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Aristoteles Platz oder an der Promenade. Um das Hotel herum findet man unzählige Bars, Restaurants und Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen. Der Besitzer Christos ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer selbst war absolut einwandfrei: sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, inklusive Küche, Klimaanlage und (das finde ich super) mit Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern. (Wir schlafen gern bei frischer Luft und ja, selbst im November gab es noch Mücken.) Nicht aber in unserem Zimmer! :-) Das Frühstück, das wir bei Christos buchten war auch super! Die Bäckerei / Konditorei, die es zubereitet hat, war grandios. Ich würde jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war absolut angemessen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eines noch: man sollte sich bei der Ankunft nicht von der Straße oder dem Hauseingang verunsichern lassen! Sobald man auf der 4. Etage ankommt, ist man in einer anderen Welt und alles ist perfekt! Im Übrigen: in der kleinen Straße sind zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants, die auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert sind. Alles in allem: Super und immer wieder sehr gern!

Absolutely wonderful, sleek, high-end, designer-decorated “luxury” suite/apartment that had everything we needed for a great stay in the heart of the city. The room had a firm bed, crisp white linens, shower with good hot water availability, working air conditioning, in-room safe, full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, cooktop, small refrigerator, daily cleaning service, and excellent security measures in-place to feel safe in this oasis of modern luxury located in a mixed-use building on a side street in a “less polished” area of town with lots of graffiti - but very convenient to walking everywhere. The elevator was broken (briefly) a couple of times during our 9-night stay and the suites are located on the 4th floor of the building. At no point did we feel unsafe after we met the host (Christos), who made sure our stay was excellent and that we had everything we needed. Christos is really an outstanding and helpful host who takes great care of his guests and property. I have to be honest about this point: the area surrounding the suites is very vibrant with many convenient restaurants, bars and shops directly outside. However, the noise from the people hanging out all night (including two motorcycle clubs and a headbanger nightclub) located near the suites make it harder to get a good night’s sleep without drugs and/or earplugs if you are a light sleeper. My husband was able to sleep through everything. Just bring earplugs for a 5 star experience.

Çok kaliteli ve güzel bir otel otel işletmecisi her sorunuza anında yanıt veriyor. Merkeze çok yakın. Haftasonu için çok yakınında ücretsiz otopark mevcut. Kısacası gözünüz kapalı kalabilirsiniz.

The room was spacious and very clean. The manager was so nice to help us with our luggage and it was easy to check in as he kept in contact with us via “What’s App”. I would stay there again. It’s in the middle of downtown and walkable to stores and restaurants.

The Perfect Property in Thessaloniki

The property was immaculate – newly renovated, with bathroom and kitchen fittings of high quality, excellent blackout curtains, an extremely comfortable bed, and plenty of room for one person (I could see a family of three staying here in great comfort actually). Security access to the building and the studio was clearly set out – the property is in an excellent location in an interesting street, as well as being up on the fifth floor away from any restaurant noise below. Its location in the city cannot be beaten too – very close to some of the most interesting neighbourhoods, lots of restaurants, and close to main streets running across the city. It's maybe 5-6 minutes to walk to Aristotle Square. Christos was brilliant as the manager of this property. He contacted me before my arrival to arrange to meet, showed me how everything works, including security access, and made himself available at all times. He runs a very efficient and friendly business and I would certainly consider his property my first choice on a return to Thessaloniki. My visit was part of a month-long trip around Greece, and although I stayed in several really excellent places along the way, I would rate this property far and away the best place I stayed in over that time. No photos required: what you see in the advertised photographs is what you get – an immaculate property.
