Stayed three nights and liked it. Masjid An-Nabawi is very close with a short walking distance. Some services and staff were excellent. Of particular, Md. Shahidul Islam of housekeeping was amazing and even though he was always busy, tried best to make me feel home- that I really appreciated. We had a little baby with us and Mr. Shaihidul's cooperation and support made it easy for me, thanks to him. Rubel Mia and Mohammad Rayhan were also very nice, cordial and supportive. Mr. Mozammel at the front desk/concierge was kind to arrange a nice ride for my travel to mecca. I will be happy to return to this hotel, in particular to meet these wonder staff and enjoy their services.

Great people. Great location
It was a very pleasant and spiritual stay. It's located close to the southern entrance to the Prophet's Mosque. About 7 minute direct walk. The people at the hotel were very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious.Price was good for it being so close to the Prophet's Mosque.

Exceptional Stay at Jiwar Al Madina! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jiwar Al Madina Hotel, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a prime location, making it incredibly convenient for visiting Masjid An-Nabawi. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the hospitality was top-notch. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay after long hours of worship. The staff was courteous and always ready to help, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed. I would like to give special appreciation to Muhammad Noman Ahmed, one of the cleaning staff. He was extremely polite, hardworking, and attentive, making sure my room was spotless every day. His dedication to maintaining cleanliness and his friendly attitude truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend Jiwar Al Madina Hotel to anyone visiting Madina. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Absolutely zero customer service, no room service for 3 days we were here. Shower had draining issue and too tight space for toiltet. Beds were really uncomfortable and room was too small.

The best thing about hotel is that it is 2 minutes walk from Mosque but Masjid Nisa is on opposite side. The staff is really helpful and pleasant. Although building is old with some defects (locker not working, door lock broken) but they have all the amenities.

If you want to be close to Haram and be able to pray conveniently, then the location of the hotel is indeed very good. However, I stayed there as a family of four in two rooms…and we chose the place based on Expedia rating of 8 and the price range which was putting it close to some of the main brands. The rooms are not very clean, and the overall level of services is not up to the rating and the price charged. For example we did not have clean sheets as expected on day 1, one of the elevators does not work properly, the floor boards and the carpets leading to the room are not in ship shape, the restaurant on the premises is marginal at best and there is no room service. If the management puts extra effort into improving the property, I will definitely be willing to pay the price, otherwise for me, next time, it is one of the brands next to it that I know will guarantee better service with similar location benefits, and less than USD 75 more.
