The staff had a speedy response rate within their communication window and were very helpful. The room itself does not have fridge and coffee/tea maker but each floor has a communal room which you can use at any time. I thought this location we would need to take a bus to old town but it was still very walkable. We went far enough that we were able to take the ferry back to the other side included with the Geneva transit pass! We had to get up 4am and walk over to the train station which took like 5 min and felt safe enough to do so even though during the day it may seem otherwise.

Room was great, very clean, looked almost new. Bed very comfortable. Shower powerful and hot. Lovely building. Thoughtful touches like being able to use the wifi from outside the front door. I had to ring about registration and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
