Someone tried to steal my bicycle in the parking lot the lock was compromised but they were unable to break the lock after hitting it They had problems checking me in software issues also no coffee maker microwave or refrigerator in room as stated on my reservation that they were provided Staff was friendly and apologize for the inconvenience No brochures are in. I want to emphasize that the front desk staff have been amazing. Their customer service is honestly the only reason I have continued returning to this location. They have been the bright spot in an otherwise inconsistent experience. Unfortunately, the positive interactions with the front desk are no longer enough to outweigh the ongoing problems. I will have to pass on staying here until management addresses the hot water, resolves the electrical issues, ensures the room phones are working, and establishes proper housekeeping standards so rooms are thoroughly cleaned and adequately stocked. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable, and functional place to stay, especially considering the rates being charged. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

After reading reviews after we booked a non refundable stay we got to the hotel it was nothing like some of the negative reviews. Lobby was very clean it was still going through renovations our room was clean the hotel itself was clean. I have stayed at other hotels and paid a lot more and this hotel will definitely get my business. Staff was excellent parking lot was clean breakfast was similar to a Super 8.

The property appears to have recently been remodeled as it was in great shape. Our room was very comfortable. The staff, especially the breakfast attendant, was very helpful. The property was convenient to the interstate and very quiet. Things that could be improved: hand soap in the bath, glasses in the room, improved breakfast. The shower was quite slippery and had no hand holds for safety.
