Very lovely stay at the Jazz
I really enjoyed my stay at the Jazz Hotel. It was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. I loved the private terrace and the fresh flowers. I really appreciated the bottled water and snacks in the lounge. Didn't use the pool or hot tub this time but it looked nice.

Pure heaven
The Jazz hotel was awesome. Everything was perfect. So inviting was the pool, the spa, lounge and the room with a beautiful outdoor private patio. Can’t wait to go back.

Great hidden gem
Excellent spot, everything you need including a perfectly climate controlled room, a small patio, excellent shower pressure, some snacks and all kinds of little conveniences. Well appointed and thoughtfully put together. Slightly out of the way, but not for walkers, bikes available. Will definitely be back

Pretty good.
AC/heater unit and fan did not turn on via remote. There was no coffee pods except for decaf both in the room and in the little kitchen. Cute private outdoor space and amazing price for a pretty nice room in an okay uptown neighborhood.

This place is PS best kept secret , it’s refreshing to find a place that is priced out correctly and not scary ! The only little thing is that the A/c unit didn’t really give off heat but other than that I loved it! It’s sort of an air Bnb type system which works great for me

Beautiful clean place, needs more security
This boutique hotel is beautiful and clean. I would say if you’re a solo traveler to be aware there’s no staff at all in the evening and the small street the hotel is on can be a little seedy in the evenings. Some security presence at least in the evenings would help. The front door also doesn’t close all the way sometimes unless you pull it in so if another traveler is less aware, the security of the entire building is jeopardized. I wouldn’t stay here alone again but would absolutely recommend to couples or groups

This is a hidden gem in Palm Springs! The property is so cute, well maintained and the friendliest staff- Paulina was great! Check in was very easy and convenient with the access codes for doors. Highly recommend staying here, it’s definitely my new favorite oasis in PS!

Clean & comfortable
Hotel was very clean & spacious. Friendly staff abd the lounge was well-stocked with fruits and snack. Only problem was the fountain next to swimming pool was on all night and quite noisy. Overall, we were pleased w the hotel & will be back.

What a gem. Comfy bed. Pantry with goodies for guests. Room had a small patio off the back. Clean. Convenient to lots of downtown restaurants and shops. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Palm Springs.

Great boutique hotel with a cute pool north of downtown Palm Springs. Loved the design of the room. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. 40 mins or so walk to the centre of downtown, or a cheap and quick cab ride

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Jazz. My only qualm is that my luxury room did not seem that different from a standard room. I know this people my friend stayed in a standard room and that room appeared more spacious. I didn’t notice any other differences between the two rooms. That being said, you could argue the rooms are already luxury. It’s nicely decorated and counter top space along with a sink is provided in the kitchenette area. I appreciated the complementary snack options provided. Coffee, tea, water and milk are offered as well. The property is located to many great restaurants that you can walk to. Overall, a fab experience!
