Our stay here was amazing thanks to Margo and Giorgias. Customer service went above and beyond and would 10/10 stay here again to be around these lovely ladies. It was great! There are a flight of stairs to the upper rooms, so may be difficult. Room was lovely and staff very helpful. About 10-15 walk to town. Quiet at night. There’s no view in the room I stayed in, but that wasn’t a downside for me.

Amazing staff & spacious room
Great location, close to city center and bus stop to Oía. Georgia at the front desk was great. Communication with her via email or phone was fast day & night. Will stay again because of her friendless. Only draw back was sofa bed. A bit dated. But overall experience very pleasant.

Excellent place! Great location and great staff. The front desk lady was very helpful and nice. The hotel helped us on booking some activities with the other companies. They provided a helpful book guide for those who don’t have anything planned yet before hand. Breakfast was excellent plus we could get to choose what we wanted and change it if we wanted it too. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing beautiful lovely. I loved this hotel so much I would live there if I could. Staff was amazing their suggestions were super helpful and great. The bus stop was about a 12-15 min walk from the hotel making it easy to get around Santorini. The breakfast was delicious and time spent at the pool was one of our favorite activities. Would definitely stay again !!

We booked the grand suite with “private pool” the pool is not private as people from other rooms and balconies can see and also access because there is no private gate or door. The biggest issue was the pool was so cold it could not be used. The WiFi did not work. Also our stay included a free bottle of wine with Expedia status but they said it did not. The morning staff was very kind but I would not book this room in future

Margo on Reception and her Manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to help with local advice and transfers. Even let us return here after 3 weeks to use the facilities for half a day before our flight! We are so grateful x. Hotel in excellent location within easy walking distance of main town. Both Margo and Georgia were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. They catered for every request we made. The property and room were always clean and tidy. Very relaxing stay
Fabulous stay, the pool area is so tranquil the room had everything one would need was very clean. The staff are amazing so nice and friendly always willing to help. Only issue I came across was lack of sound proofing -I was in room 3 and could hear full conversations of room 2 next door that shared a main entrance. The main door kept banging loudly a lot as they came and go or left it open and the wind blew.

This venue is close to the bus stop / a main road for cars/ATV rental. Clean & receptionist was so helpful and provided us with tips of the island. We did lounge by the pool for a couple hours each day because the pool isnt heated so it was too cold to swim in. Room size was large and clean. Only complaint is that the shower curtain doesnt keep the water from pooling into the rest of the bathroom floor and you end up with a large wet puddle around the toilet after showering. Would book here again for the value & convenience if taking public transit.
