Absolutely terrible stay, from start to end. The electricity went out the first night at the hotel, and the elevators were out of service every night. The WiFi never worked. The food at the hotel restaurant was mediocre at best. The thermostat in the room was also set centrally — the room was far too warm. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in recent years. I would strongly recommend avoiding staying here.

This hotel was a letdown compared to the one we stayed at in Hong Kong. The beds were saggy and uncomfortable and uncomfortable. We were given an accessie room with metal rails throughout the bathroom. The shower was on the side of the tub, and the water pressure was weak. Also the tub was dirty.
The hotel was well located. And the cleaning lady was nice.

The elevator had a wrong setting after their elevator electrical system maintenance, which forced me going down from the business lounge at 24 floor to the lobby and then back to 22 floor (where my room located). This building has dual usages — hotel rooms and commercial office. The elevator stopped at 24 floor let me in but I cannot use room key to have the elevator stop at 22 floor

First time to Shanghai, hotel is located near a station which makes moving around the city a littler easier. Concierge service is good especially with a team of friendly and enthusiastic staff members. However, it was difficult to find food in or near the hotel areas, which is rather inconvenient for overseas travellers.
