The staff who met us in the airport and in the hotel were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Guill of housekeeping in the 5th floor made sure we had what we needed. Check in was fast. Ideal location to stay if you have an early morning flight the following day as it is just literally opposite the Mactan Cebu International Aiport and is easy to get to .
