二号線の駅からは廃墟のような地下通路を通って隣接。ウォシュレット完備^^。水は１日２本。ハウスキーピングも毎日。外貨両替もフロントに有り便利です。 フロントはビジネスホテル並なのと、洗面台が小さいのがネック。 不満も無く拠点として考えれば十分です。

大変便利な立地でしたが、廊下、エレベーターが薄暗い。窓や棚の下、カウンター上が汚い。洗面周りの合板が剥がれていた。シャワーはお湯がちゃんと出たが、いろんな方向に水が落ちるため、体にあたらない。。日本のビジネスホテルの環境を求める方には合わないホテルです。

いつも世話になっているホテルです。日本人には便利です。

チェックインも遅く，翌朝5時半のタクシーのお願いをしましたが，快く引き受けてくれました。翌朝も5時半にフロントに行くと，タクシーが来ている旨も伝えて頂き，チェックアウト手続きの準備も出来ていて，スムーズに出発することが出来ました。驚くほど親切にして頂きました。地下鉄の駅も近いですし，日本食も歩いて10分ほどの距離に多くあります。出張に使うのには非常に便利です。（混んでしまうと使いにくくなってしまいますが。）フロントではもちろん英語が通じます。なお，部屋のテレビは日本語のチャンネルはありません。最近はほとんどの部屋にウォシュレットがあります。ときどき，洗濯機が置いてある部屋もあります。

立地良い、地下鉄2号線（浦東国際空港ーー虹橋高鉄駅）娄山関路駅から地下通路2分でホテルのエレベーターＢ1に到着、ホテルのロビーを通過せず部屋に出入りすることができる、便利の反面、防犯上では心配です。 部屋の電話が壊れているため、フロントスタッフさんは個人の携帯を貸してくれた、とても親切でした。 ホテル自体は古い、廊下は薄暗い、部屋は広々、暖房とシャワーの温度調節は効かない、　シャワーは天井に取り付けてあるため、壁や床についた石鹸あわを流すことはできない、シャワー水が届かないところに石鹸カス赤カビでヌルヌル、掃除自体が困難、設計ミス。

Shanghai Kingtown Hongqiao

Check in was easy. This is a Chinese hotel so kind of hard to find. Entrance is in back, not on the street. Relatively close to the Metro station, McDonald's, KFC and a few other places to eat. Also a Family Mart on the corner. Wi-Fi is spotty and slow. Breakfast was just OK. Not a lot of food out even at 6:45 but probably better later. Even in December the room was too warm for me, no A/C but the windows open and I just left them open all the time. Check out also easy.
