フィレンツェでならば仕方がないのかも
フィレンツェを拠点に複数の街を回ったため一週間滞在しました。このホテルのある通りはHotel通りとばかりに沢山のホテル有り、狭い通りを多くの観光客がスーツケースを押して行き来しています。ホテルはまず朝食がかなり悲しい状況です。ハム、チーズも一種類づつで最小限しか出さず、パンも2種類ほどでした。宿泊者の方々も何を食べていいのか分からない、といった風に毎朝あきれていました。Wifiも1階のフロント周辺でないとうまくつながりません。シャワーの出方もかなり弱かったです。滞在中数日間イギリスの学校からの学生の集団が泊まっており、毎晩遅くまでうるさかったです。スタッフの方々の対応は、英語があまり通じないことを除けば、良かったです。物価の高いフィレンツェでこの価格であればこのサービスでも仕方ないのかと思いました。

スタッフはフレンドリーで観光にも便利
駅からそれほど離れておらず便利。３泊しましたが、１泊目はたまたま深夜にチェックインして来た他の宿泊者がうるさく大騒ぎでしたが、二泊目以降はゆっくり休めました。フィレンツェは宿泊費も高めですが、このホテルは比較的リーズナブルでした。朝食はクロワッサンとハム、チーズ程度。シンプルなものでした。クロワッサンはおいしかったです。スタッフは、美術館の予約や観光スポットの説明など、とても親切に説明してくれ、お陰様で効率よく観光することができました。部屋も毎日きれいに掃除されて、全く問題ありませんでした。

Scam! Not worth the price they charge for
The front desk was rude. We booked this trip last minute to extend our trip one night. We accidentally booked it for one person and when we checked in with 2 people they charged us an additional €150 for the night. We understand they charge per person but €150 was crazy for a room we were already paying €260 for and the man at the front desk seemed to pull that number out of nowhere. This seemed like a scam when we were in a vulnerable spot. The room itself is very basic but was clean however the bathroom has a horrible musty smell. There was a very small window you could open in the bathroom that you could open but it was above the balcony of the room next door and the screen was cut out. This did not seem like the safest since there was access to our room like that. We stayed at the Corona D’Italia one block over for the first 4 nights and it was much better based on staff service alone. Stay anywhere else but here!

Booked for the Eden hotel and as we checked in they sent us to the opposite hotel. Person at the check in desk was courteous and the process was smooth. The room we got had one double bed and 3 twin beds. It was very spacious and pleasantly surprised. They had free cappucino in the morning as well.

Great hotel in a perfect location. I was a bit worried when I first booked the room because it said the room would either be two twin beds or a double bed (which is 53" wide in North America), but they actually meant two twins put together, which is a king bed (76" wide). It was a very easy walk from the train station and to all the monuments, churches, sculptures, restaurants, leather market, etc. in Florence city centre. The room was super clean, very big for a downtown European room, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They let you store your luggage before and after your stay and they serve free cappuccinos and lattes from 8-10 every morning. I definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Its a property close to the florence train station. As well as being close to a lot of resturants and shops. We couldnt find a way to get the air conditioning to work but the staff was friendly and greeted us whenever we left or came back in and were helpful with questions we had. The room was a bit small but it was clean and the bathrooms were spacious. You will need to buy ure own toothbrushes.

Just needed a place to sleep to get to the airport early morning. Location is very central but a busy street right n front. We received a larger room than needed and room was ok. At bedtime there was very noisy conversation in the hallway for about 30 minutes and would have wished the front desk would have stepped in. Front desk organized a taxi to the airport and I believe it was a rip-off: driving like crazy, running red lights and stop signs, got us to the airport in half the scheduled time, overpriced, cash only and no receipt, not sure if that can be blamed on the hotel. Watch out in Florence!

Did not allow me to use AC for some kind of rule in spite of it being very hot. Hotel was clean and some staff was nice while others were horrible. They also scammed and overcharged for late check out. I was 45 mins late n they took 50 pounds and argued a lot. Very inhospitable.

아주 좋지도 않고 그렇게 나쁘지도 않은 숙소입니다.
커피 포트 없습니다. 화장실과 샤워실을 겸한 방이 있고 혼자 이용하는 시설이기는 한데 침실 안에 있거나 침실에 붙어있는 것이 아닙니다. 침실 밖으로 나가 복도를 따라 잠시 이동한 뒤 문 열고 들어가면 전용 샤워실이 (화장실이) 나옵니다. 수건은 이틀에 한 번 교체해 줍니다. 전자키가 아니고 열쇠키인데 하나는 화장실 키, 다른 하나는 침실키입니다. 여기에 더해 조그마한 열쇠가 하나 같이 묶여 있는데 방 안 전기를 켜고 끄는 기능을 합니다. 방 안이 따뜻하거나 더운 편인데 바닥난방이 되어 있기 때문인 것 같습니다. 혼자 쓰기에는 충분히 넓은 침실이고 침대 역시 편안합니다. 청소가 잘 되어 있고 내장이 최근에 되었는지 전체적으로 말끔한 인상을 줍니다. 열쇠는 나가면서 로비에 맡기고 가는 편이 좋습니다. 잃어버리면 호텔에 많은 돈을 물어내야 합니다.

Quando siamo arrivati ​​ci hanno mandato in un altro hotel che era dall'altra parte della strada chiamato Kursaal nonostante ci fossimo separati nell'Edem, ci hanno detto che non c'erano stanze senza ulteriori spiegazioni, vecchia casa, letto di metallo, non assomiglia per niente alle foto pubblicano, bagno totalmente vecchio con supporto lavabo completamente arrugginito, al massimo darei una stella, non lo consiglierei assolutamente.
