Well when I first walked into the lobby it smelled like “poop” honestly. There is no other way or I could’ve said sewage it smelled like. I tried to check in early which the girl said to come back at 1:30 which was fine, however she told me swimming lessons were going on in the pool. So I was like “does that mean we can’t swim?” Then she sorta shrugged her shoulders indicating yeah. So that annoyed me because the main reason we came to stay was so our toddler could swim and use that pool, nothing more or less. Then when she said we could check in she said they would split the pool in half for the lessons people. No offense, but they had lessons going on between like 1 and 2 to 2:30 and then again from 4pm to 8pm. I didn’t agree with that, or that the hotel doesn’t let guests know to begin with. So nonstop loud and noise while all these kids were getting swimming lessons, and paid guests had to share half of the pool which isn’t huge to begin with, with the instructors and students for the majority of the time we stayed and went into the pool. It was a little ridiculous. considering check in is 3pm that they expect their guests from 4pm to 8pm to share the pool and then again sometimes earlier in the day and on sundays too. i feel like they need to come up with a better method or let guests know. Also sometimes I felt like a lot of the workers were either watching or just had looks on their faces at guests. The breakfast was okay, but again felt like we were being watched.
