The hotel is in very bad condition and need renovation. The breakfast was only pancakes and muffins and probably expired fruits. The breakfast area also need renovation and was not cleaned and I could smell mold or dirty clothes. However, the men taking care of the breakfast was nice.
If you want a towel for the pool you have to pay extra and also for the chairs in front of the supposed beach. These chairs are reserved but if you pay extra you can get them…. The service from the pool guy was horrible and I don’t think he likes tourists.
My recommendation would be to pay a little bit more and get a descent hotel in this area.
If you want to see Sanremo and do shopping, you definitely need a car.

Hard to beat closeness to ocean
The main selling point for this hotel is it's amazing sea side location. We had a room directly facing the ocean, it almost felt like we were on a cruise ship. The hotels private pool and pebble beach area is also very very nice. The hotel itself is a bit older, but still in decent condition. The staff were lovely, we were allowed to stay past checkout to use the pool/beach area.
