Worst staff I have ever experienced
Hotel price was good and facility itself was so-so. But in first day, person in reception could not give me the receipt with excusing that system is broken. But in next couple days they didn't give me with same reason and when I claimed to give immediately, they did soon. I thought they were just reluctant to write a receipt. And when I checked out and made a payment for some dinners, the person put 2 digits higher price in the credit card machine which must be easily noticed. Unfortunately the amount was not visible for me and I paid once. For correcting the payment, I lost huge minutes. This is a just example.the reception staff attitude was always bad.

機動力（車等）を備えていれば、いいと思います。
身内が渡印した際に使用しました。周囲に飲食店は見当たりませんので、現地で機動力を備えた方でないと「ちょっと外でご飯、飲み物を」という際にはキツイかも。実際、機動力さえあれば清潔で、お手頃でホスピタリティも悪くはありません。フロントマンが朝早い時間に寝こけていたのはご愛嬌？部屋は狭いですが、安全、清潔、お湯が確保されていることを考慮すればまずまずです。

素晴らしいサービス
スタッフが大変親切で、様々なワガママを聞いてくれました。通常インターネットはひとつのディバイスしか使えないのですが、私が困っていたら、もう一つＩＤを追加してくれました。ほかにも荷物を預かってくれたり、チェックアウト時間を延長してくれたり、とにかくできることは何でも応えようとしてくれる姿勢が素晴らしいと思いました。ターミナル３までは１時間くらいかかりますが、ドメスの空港までは３０分と近いです。また是非泊まりたいです。

While the room was nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable they were extremely mean on service. They ran out of towels and did not replenish empty shower/gel or shampoo. They also only provided two safe bottles of drinking water during our stay and refused requests for additional bottles. All in all, this was a disappointing hotel.

Not so good
Not really amazing Was in room no 403 Rusted shower is one of the highlights. Room service takes ages- example it took only 30 min to send a bottle of water after 3 reminders Breakfast included- looks really a free breakfast. Choices were parata or idli and of course the allied curries... Not worth the money I paid... will never go back. The plus point is that the reception team is nice and helpful Room is neat (not the bathroom) For the money they charge - not worth the money.

Below par hotel
The hotel is dated and needs refurbishing. Rooms and bathrooms are dirty (unclean sheets, broken tiles, lose wires hanging). On the day of departure, power went out for 2 hours in the morning. Breakfast is good. Free WiFi works well. To give due credit, staff are friendly and try hard to please.

Kamers zijn op zich wel redelijk maar is niet goed onderhouden. Haast geen heet water om te douchen en ontbijt was slecht. Ik zou niemand aanraden om voor dit hotel te gaan.

Had problems with Internet but staff is great.
Recommend changing the internet providers or the node at fourth floor. The internet kept dropping and after repeated tries, there was no resolution. The staff is good though, very welcoming. Business travelers - please take note.

Good quality hotel in South Delhi
My wife and I spent 3 nights at Justa Panchsheel Park in mid November. We had pre-arranged transport from the DEL airport (~1,600 Rupees) and the driver met us as agreed just outside the arrivals area...approx. 1 hr transport time to the hotel in mid-day traffic. We were welcomed in a friendly manner and promptly checked into our 3rd floor room towards the back of the hotel (away from street). The room was clean and modern and quiet (not sure if rooms facing the street get more traffic noise but it's a very busy road). Hot water kettle with tea/coffee included + 2 liters of bottled water provided each day which was appreciated. Only complaints were hot water in the shower/tap were inconsistent with water pressure also fluctuating and sometimes going down to a dribble...one night we took a lukewarm shower. On two consecutive nights when returning to our room our old towels had been taken but not replaced...we had to request towels (we would have been OK with reusing towels...not sure what issue was here). Wifi is free but you need to request access codes each 24 hrs from reception...quality was good though. Did not eat the hotel food so can't comment. Service was friendly and helpful for the most part. It will cost you about 50 rupees to take an auto-rickshaw to either the Hauz Khas metro station or the CityWalk shopping complex. Would recommend if you don't mind being a little further away from things.

Justa just didn't live up to its reviews
I checked in after seeing great reviews on trip adviser. the first day, the flush, the shower and the TV were not working. there was also dust on things in the room. some of the upholstery had stains on it. It was very irritating, the way things just kept breaking on the first day. but when that night i told them that i need to watch TV which was not working, they shifted me to another room, which was a much better room. but by then it was too late. i had suffered too much during a short trip, when you just expect a comfortable stay, so that you can peacefully do your work. i hope they really fix the place up, and dont give rooms that are not working to guests. as a silver lining, the food was okay.

great staff and friendly hotel
We enjoy going to the JuSTa chain of hotels. The one in Panchsheel Park is good. The staff are very helpful and considerate of the guest. We stayed there one night this time and will most likely return there for future Delhi visits. We would recommend this hotel. It is on the small side, and on a main road, but generally it is quiet. There was some construction going on nearby on the Metro and a nearby building, but that didn't interfere with our sleep. The breakfast is great and they make one of our favorite meals, ghobi adraki. It's not too far from the airport, about a half hour or so depending on the traffic. The traffic can be bad. The taxi to and from the airport should cost anywhere from 500-700 rupees. I'm not sure why there is that much variation, but it is reasonable. The curtains are such that you have a dark room at night.

Great little hotel, hard to find
I really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful and it was very clean. A couple issues: the room was pretty small and no one seemed to know where the hotel was. Every driver I had got lost or had to ask for directions. Possibly because of the construction blocking the street, but it was a bit difficult to get to an far from the metro. That being said, in really enjoyed my stay at the hotel

Great Staff!
The staff of this hotel are great! all of them, they helped me and my family to have a great in New Delhi. The breakfast buffet is excellent, the chef cooks really delicious food and the servers are very polite and make you feel comfortable. The reception staff are also very kind and helpful, they gave us all the information we could possibly need and they arranged a tour with a private driver just for us, it was really great! The facilities are good for the price; the only difficulty I had was to find the Hotel on the first place; is not that easy to find and no taxi driver in Delhi seems to have a GPS.

Great People, Great Value
Was here for an overnight stay. Great value for the services and rooms they offer. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Rooms were excellent with great aesthetics. Clean interiors, comfortable beds and bathrooms with all the necessities. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
