"Overall, we had a really great experience at Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo Ariake. The staff were very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. The ametities were great and the shopping mall directly connects to the hotel. There is also Ariake Station conveniently located next to this hotel as well. If you are visting Tokyo but don’t want to live in the city centre, I would highly recommend this place!"

"Excellent location with regards to Tokyo Big Sight venue. Many restaurants close by and shopping. Only regret was no english tv channels. I will certainly stay there again in the future. Excellent room pricing for a high end hotel."

"The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight was very helpful as well. All in all a great experience!"

"Had the best time during our first time in Tokyo. It’s close to the main transport hubs to get you to the busier tourist spots of Tokyo. Once we were done with the hustle & bustle, we could get back into the comfort of our room with a lovely view of Tokyo Bay. The staff were all very polite & friendly, particularly the ones looking after the breakfast buffet :)"

"Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!"
