Very nice, helpful staff and excellent food!

A beautifully renovated Haveli that truly gives the feel of old Delhi in times past. All details carefully attended to. Staff is gracious, attentive and very proud of the hotel. We loved Old Delhi- the winding streets, tiny shops and feel of the past. It is pretty chaotic, though, and probably not for everyone. But if you would like a window into the past, it’s for you-

Great place to stay in New Delhi

The hotel is close to the airport, which is convenient. The hotel staff are polite and helpful. Hotel room is spacious, bed is comfortable. One thing we think the hotel need to improve is the quality of food, especially the Asian restaurant.

I cant say how happy i was with this hotel, The hotel i originally checked into in Delhi was filthy and full of roaches. I hear this is common. Rushed to find another hotel, and im so happy it was bloomrooms. Its in a middle class neighborhood, the hotel is clean and modern and sleek, simple, but functional. Wish there was a mini fridge, but minus that it was lovely. Only con is its not by anything, but if u look hard behing the hotel maybe 10 mins walk u can find a traditional western style...

Amazing and helpful staff. Clean rooms and service. The location is also very good and easily accessible

Very nice and helpful checkin staff. Breakfast crew nice, and a good selection of meals. Nice big room -- excellent hot water. If you're ok with it -- you can walk from the hotel to the subway station (one stop to the airport). You could also get a tuk tuk for about 100 rupees. Ticket to the airport is 21irp. I didn't try the restaurants in the area. Not a place for shopping or sightseeing at all -- but that wasn't my goal. Very bustling and crazy once leaving the hotel.

Staff was very corteous at the time of check in, He had upgraded my room but 1 thing i didnt like about , when i requested for shuttle service from hotel to the airport to other desk person in night time itself , she refused and said you will have to call in morning prior 15/20 mins of ur check out time and if its available thn only they will provide shuttle services at the Airport . i had very early morning flight . I dont appreciate Limbo kind of situation.. proper shuttle service...

Excellent location and friendly staff.

A great facility with lots of amenities. Unfortunately, due to prior commitments and a short stay, I wasn't able to use many of the facilities. Next time I am in Delhi, I will definitely consider staying at Suryaa. The restaurant, the staff, and the menu were wonderful.
