We arrived very early after a cruise, they held our luggage and gave us passes to a near by beach club. The staff was excellent, the shuttle driver was excellent, the club was excellent. The pool looked beuatiful but we did not have time to spend there on this trip. We will definately choose this same hotel when we go back to San Juan.

Overall nice hotel with great staff! Rooms are cleaned everyday and outdoor bar has great drinks and bartender…buffet breakfast was not very good, same choices every day and bland…should be better for what they charge. Only other complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working and wish they had room service.

This was easily the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was incredible at directions, favors, and offering advice. We felt incredibly safe here as 2 young adults staying on our own. Our bed and room was beautiful and so comfortable. The pool area is beyond peaceful as well. No complaints and I highly recommend booking here. We plan on staying again next year.
