Ruby's Inn Resort is a wonderful experience for anyone visiting the American West and specifically Bryce Canyon. It is clean & well kept. The summer prices are quite expensive. It seems a little high for the quality, but they have you where they want you and there aren't many choices. The breakfast offerings for the Bryce View Lodge could have been higher, given the cost.
The disappointing part was the staff. It doesn't appear that friendliness and quality service is a high priority for the resort experience. I found many staff members short, unfriendly, flippant, and even rude. I have been to Ruby's Inn countless times, and this is the first time I really felt this as an all around vibe at the resort.
Experience is everything, especially when paying a premium price. They really need to attend to the level of service they provide. We will likely look elsewhere for our next trip.
