クレームを入れた通りで、いい加減なモーテルの施設情報のおかげで、毎日まともなフロントスタッフもハウスキーピングも今までのモーテルで最低ランク。 汚くても古くても，決められた掃除やスタッフの対応はちゃんとしてるモーテルは沢山ある。

The hotel is very clean and has been updated. Your basic amenities are provided as well: shampoo, body wash, and soap. Even though there’s no breakfast, I think you’re getting a great deal for the area.

Rooms are really nice, the size of the bathroom and the bedroom are spacious and ceiling are high, which makes the room feel spacious. The bathrooms are clean The toilets are nice. Location is in a pretty nice area. The location is in it safe area. If you’re looking for staff and hospitality, this isn’t a place however, if you’re looking for a good place to stay at overnight and you’re not too picky with all of the other bells and whistles, the price for the room is a steal.

Loud fridge. Unplugged it and it dripped all night as it was defrosting. Asked multiple people to remove it from my room and they agreed but had to repeatedly ask and basically beg to make it happen. Walls are paper thin. Could hear the guests next door and in the halls.

From the moment we checked in, things did not go as planned. We were told we would have a continental breakfast that was not offered when we went upstairs to our room. It was still being cleaned by the maid. We were forced to change rooms once in the second room.The water never stopped running in the bathroom, and we then had to change to a third room. Parts of the hotel were not able to be used as they were under construction still. Only one elevator that took forever. Overall, I will never stay at this place again

Worst night sleep ever! Was expecting street noise but not what sounded like persistent wood cracking at my door, pigeons cooing above my head and a loud fridge and thin walls. Unplugged the fridge and it started leaking because of the ice buildup. Asked to change rooms the next day and they said that they were sold out. Asked for a credit and they said no. First room they gave me, shower was leaking. Had to explain multiple times why I needed another room. Second room they gave me had the issues above. Also small wafer thin towels.

rooms don't have microwaves and only has one in the hallway for everyone to use. The mini fridge is used and doesn't keep the food cold or have a freezer section like most small fridges. When checking out the staff member asked me to wait in the lobby while they went upstairs to check the room for some reason. (This was at 5:30 am and waited 7-10 minutes) The other 2 guests behind me were able to checkout with no inspection. I've stayed there twice and the last time it was baby cockroaches in my room on the last day. I stayed 4 nights each time I was there and will not be returning again. The room is basic like any other for the price but I am choosing a different venue for my future stays, since I work in the area now and getting rooms instead of commuting for the next 6 months. Parking is outside and covered areas. It's a few places to eat in walking distance.

The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Parking was easy. Nice area. We went for a walk in the surrounding neighborhood and felt completely safe. The only problem I had was that it was hard to communicate with the desk staff. They came off as rude. Maybe because of language barrier?
