Staff was great the hotel room was great was a few things that stuck out. Like the bath didn’t work shower worked great couple dirty spots on the floor overall was a affordable nice hotel the location sucks with traffic and the location can be sketchy just keep head on a swivel

The rooms are clean, but smelled terrible whatever cleaning products they used didn’t cover up the smoke stuff. We’re friendly air-conditioning. Made a bunch of noise throughout the night didn’t have time for breakfast, but the ice machine is out there.

We had a great stay and were very happy with our experience. The room was nice, comfortable, and very clean. Everything was well organized, and there were no unpleasant odors, which made it a relaxing place to rest after a long day of traveling. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff, especially the lovely woman at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, making us feel right at home. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference and left a great impression on us. The hotel offered excellent value for the price, and we appreciated the cleanliness, comfort, and warm hospitality. We would happily stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable place to stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

room was overall clean. however there was some trash underneath the bed that was missed. tub did appeared a little dirty as well so didn’t use. bed was very comfortable. ice machine didn't work. no breakfast like advertised

Hotel was chosen for cost and breakfast. They did not offer breakfast. They claimed they were just getting started and did not have approval for serving breakfast. That being true, they should not be offering breakfast as an amenity. Web site should state breakfast not available at this time. Very disappointed as I was on a tight budget and this caused me to be over budget.

I recently stayed at this Baymont for 3 days, and overall I had a really good experience. It is a new management as much as i can tell. The place feels fresh, even the paint still smells new in all areas. The old reviews should not be a factor to book this inn. They should actually put a display somewhere online to let people know it is newly renovated and completely redone. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service was solid throughout my stay. No complaints there. The location worked out perfectly for me too. It is about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which made things super convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby, Rooster, Taco spots, and fast food—so it was easy to grab something quick without going far. For my work trip, everything just lined up well. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

スタッフが優しい

ケンタッキーダービー観戦と、バーボンファクトリーに訪れる為に一週間程、女性一人で滞在しました。空港からはタクシーで10分程度、20ドル前後で行けます。ダウンタウンへも15分程度、25〜30ドル程度です。 スタッフはとても優しく、笑顔でタクシーを呼んでくれたり、毎日色々話しかけてくれました。このホテルは大きな国道沿いにあるので、周りにチェーン店はありますが、町歩きには向きません。車で来るか、レンタカーがあればベストだと思います。歩いてダウンタウンへは行けない距離なので、私は毎日タクシー移動でした。 部屋は特に問題ありません。清潔です。レンジと小さい冷蔵庫があり便利でした。 朝食は簡単なブレックファーストが、フロントの部屋で6時〜9時で用意してあります。 価格が安いので、車で移動される方にはいいと思います。

Liked the breakfast snakes I never made it to the real food location conflicts with the traffic a bit but that’s any bigger city, due to me being there for work than offered me a discount, overall 10/10 for me as someone looking to save a buck didn’t see any concerning. Got the week cheap overall it’s cheap for that area. So you get cheap people don’t expect everyone to be friendly

I would rate this a 5 star if, when I went to check in the front desk clerk hadn’t started telling me I owed a balance. When telling her I didn’t she wanted to argue. I got on the phone with hotels.com while doing so a gentlemen finally came to show her how to transfer payment over through Expedia. Other than that it was great! Newly remodeled. It had some little things to work out like loose faucet.

No breakfast

The hotel was in nice condition and my room was very clean, nice staff. However it was not as advertised since the website stated they serve a free breakfast which has now been discontinued. Breakfast is a very important decision maker for me when I book hotels for my business trips.

We had to wait 15 min for the front desk clerk to show up. She had 2 people waiting to be checked in. She charged us a incidental fee of 967.65 and another of 50.00. She kept reminding us to not smoke in the room when we told her several times that we are not smokers. It seemed as if she was on drugs. When we got to the room, we noticed that there were 2 beds instead of 1 king bed that we reserved. There was no fitted sheet on the bed. It was just a flat sheet over the mattress. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep in.
