Great location, property and staff. The breakfast is expensive unless you want a very large breakfast. If you want a true (small) French breakfast you’re better off to look outside the hotel where you’ll find numerous choices. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location good. Refrigerator not working at all for 5 night stay. They said they will fix but never did. Also, must park underground garage. Then drag your luggage up same elevator. No way to park & drop off luggage at door. This not a five star hotel.

We stayed here for four nights, and it was the perfect city for exploring the Loire valley. The hotel is ver “american”. It doesn’t have the charm of a European hotel, but the building is new, the rooms big and the bathrooms very comfortable. Towels were large, hot water really good. Staff were nice and helpful. Location is great, right by river Loire and the major avenue. Really, really liked this hotel.

Great hotel

From check in to check out nothing was too much trouble. Our French is limited but the staff communication was flawless. The room was wonderful, clean on arrival and cleaned daily. We travelled with a dog and again this was no problem to the hotel. There’s no parking on site but on the dual carriageway there’s access to an underground car park and a glass lift take you up and outside of the hotel. Our only tiny issue was the TV, only CNN as a channel and will super fast broadband I would have expected apps for us to access our own tv subscriptions.

New hotel smack in the city center, clean and comfortable for a short stay. The service was virtually non-existent though. They were pretty unaccommodating for basic requests and didn’t seem to want to try to find solutions. Other than that, would definitely recommend especially for value.

Tours - round the city centre!

stay in Tours was good - experience of getting to and from the hotel with our luggage was dreadful - we weren't told by the hotel that it was one of the biggest events in Tours that weekend - most central roads were blocked due to the marathon that was taking place... couldn't get near the hotel to park or drop luggage off - took us an hour to get to the hotel from arriving in Tours.....had to walk through the marathon on Sunday in the pouring rain with our luggage..... complained to reception - apologised but offered us nothing. - not even a drink or umbrella etc - dreadful service

There may not be enough characters to share all we loved about this property. We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite and it was by far the best hotel room we had in 2 weeks in France. This hotel was fabulous. Starting with check in...our room was not ready when we arrived (we were early). We were given a map and staff took the time to explain the area and what we might do while we waited. We drove 20-30 min the the beautiful city of Amboise and toured the castle. When we returned our room was ready and exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, modern, clean and had everything we needed. Coffee maker, wonderful beds/pillows, large closet w/drawers, iron and board, separate toilet, large shower and tub both w/rain shower heads. This was the only hotel we stayed in that actually had washcloths to accompany large fluffy towels. So many great staff from check in to check out meeting all of our needs. Even asked to borrow a screwdriver to repair my suitcase handle and they had just what we needed. They have a FREE washer and dryer which was so timely to have clean clothes for the remainder of our trip. The location is great. The restaurant on property looked lovely thought we did not eat there. Important to us this was a non-smoking property to have a break from all the smoking. Tons of amenities in the lobby if you forgot anything (toothbrush/paste etc) for a nominal charge. Look no further - this is your home away from home. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Ótima base para o Vale do Loire

Hotel próximo às principais atrações, à beira do Rio Loire. Quarto confortável, ótimo banho. O minibar não estava ligado, porém não funcionante. Café da manhã variado. Funcionários atenciosos. Ótima opção como base para os castelos do Vale do Loire.
