The AC did not cool properly and the room phone did not work. I tried calling the front desk from my cell phone at night to report the ac but no answer. I tried again in the morning, 5 times, to report the guests above us were literally jumping at 7am, but again no answer. I approached the front desk during breakfast to ask if I was calling the correct #. The clerk asks me to call the # to try it out. He confirms right infront of me, that the front desk phone was ON SILENT still at 10am. I found this to be a very poor sign of their customer service. I did speak to the manager, who was very apologetic, but that was not a good look.
