Overall the property was excellent. Very stylish with great service. The Superior King Room had many dusty surfaces, dirty grime bathroom floors, stained carpet, chipped crockery, stained and damaged surfaces. King bed was clean and comfortable. The Club Prestige Suite was fantastic! Plenty of space; two toilets, bathroom with shower and large bathtub, connecting passage way, seperate walk-in robe area, seperate living room and seperate King Bedroom. Clean and in excellent condition. Bathroom well appointed and large. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and evening turn-down service where they prepare the kettle and tea for you. King Bed very comfortable and fresh. Wonderful lighting options, great technology and TV Channels and connectivity to the TV for Airplay. The Club Milleseme exclusive access was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails and snacks included. Wonderful service and experience.
