the hotel tries very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible, however due to the economic and political situation of Venezuela there is some limitations on their service, specially the availability of food is not great.

Muy Bueno!

Excelente la infraestructura e instalaciones, me agradó. El inconveniente fue que mi esposa que llegó primero no pudo instalarse oportunamente por un problema que tuvieron con la data del sistema. Esto causó incomodidad en ella. Luego de dos horas resolvieron el problema. Tampoco nos dieron la habitación reservada, se dieron cuenta eso luego de dos noches y nos cambiaron por la que correspondía. En líneas generales, nos agradó.

Oasis in El Tigre

I lived there when they built it and had a lot of visitors stay there. Now I finally got to stay as a guest. Excellent. I would recommemd that Mr. Grill do some interior decorating as the benches are bordering uncomfortable and some wall artwork is desparately needed. Overall good food and service.
